After 12 seasons heading the Millikin University baseball program, Head Coach Josh Manning has resigned to pursue other interests. Manning was 10-25 in 2013.

“I want to thank Coach Manning for his service to Millikin over the past 12 years and I wish him well in his future endeavors,” said Dr. Craig White, Director of Athletics and Recreation at Millikin University.

White said Millikin will begin a search for a new head coach immediately.  Assistant Coach David Peters will continue working the current players and incoming recruits until a new coach is in place.

“In addition to having knowledge and passion for baseball, Millikin’s new head baseball coach must have enthusiasm for recruiting student-athletes,” said White.
“We will work hard to find a new coach that is committed to building a winning baseball program.”
