Junior righthander Kevin Zullo tossed a 7-hit shutout for Ohio Wesleyan in a 4-0 win over Nichols on Wednesday in Port Charlotte, Florida. He allowed only one runner past first base during the first 7.0 innings and retired 11 consecutive batters during one stretch.
Brockport's offense exploded Wednesday morning for 13 runs, allowing them to defeat Ripon 13-6. Ten different players recorded hits for the Green and Gold, combining for 16 knocks as a team. Avery Brooks accounted for three of those hits with two runs scored and two RBIs.
Roger Williams spoiled an impressive collegiate debut for Springfield freshman pitcher Shawn Babineau. The Hawks scored four runs following the departure of Babineau for a 6-2 win. Roger Williams' starter, Sam Bennett was just as sharp in the Hawks victory, as the junior left went 7.2 innings, holding the Pride to just five hits while fanning six.
No. 1 Emory improved to 16-2 on the season following a 4-1 victory at No. 4 Birmingham-Southern in a showdown between top-five programs. Senior Jackson Weeg blanked the Panthers across seven dominant innings to record his third win of the season, moving into sixth place on the Emory all-time list with 26 career victories. Weeg allowed just three runners to reach scoring position in the outing to go along with seven strikeouts. He gave up three hits and one free pass. The Eagles did all of their offense damage in a four run fourth inning.
Chapman took down Ithaca 23-1. Freshman Kevin Gregersen set a new school record in RBIs in a single game, knocking in eight runs to capture the program record. Gregersen obtained his record-breaking RBI's off of four hits. The rookie went 4-for-5 on the afternoon, while also hitting the first home run of his career. The previous record of seven RBIs in a single game was set in 1999. Gregersen's home run was one of three for the Chapman squad. Freshman Mitchell Briggs slammed a home run to bring home two runners, and sophomore Christian Cosby also hit one out of the park.
Keystone's bats came alive as the Giants rolled to a 20-2 victory over Mount St. Mary at the Snowbird Classic in Florida. The 20 runs scored are the most by Keystone since a 20-10 victory over Neumann University in the CSAC championship game on May 9, 2015.
The North Park Vikings rode strong pitching and timely hitting as they cruised to a 14-5 win over Wisconsin Lutheran at the Gene Cusic Classic in Fort Myers, Florida. North Park scored in each of the first four innings to stake starting pitcher Matt Pizur to a comfortable lead. That was all Pizur needed who cruised until an error prone inning prompted a call ot the bull pen.
Ninth-ranked Wooster scored four unanswered runs in the later innings of the game to record a 5-2 win over Arcadia team at South County Regional Park. The Fighting Scots totaled nine hits compared to five for the Knights. Jamie Lackner was 2 for 3 with a walk and scored three of Wooster's five runs.

Vassar ran a planned base running play in the top of the ninth with one out, plating the game-winning run to pull past Cairn 6-5 at Lake Myrtle Park Stadium Field. With runners at first and second, Denis Shanagher was hit by a pitch to load the bases with one out, setting up Vassar's key moment of the game. After a pitch, Connor Levchuck leaked off of second base and forced a throw to the bag, and as the throw went to second Strickland took off for home and beat the relay to the plate while Levchuck and Shanagher each advanced as well. That would be all that Robert Winkelmann would need in the ninth, as he forced a ground out and then ended the game on a "strike 'em out, throw 'em out" double play to clinch the win.
Bobby Zywicki and Robert Donnelly recorded a combined six strikeouts, while only walking three to lead 16th ranked SUNY Oswego to a 4-0 win over UMass-Boston at Lake Myrtle Park. Zywicki collected the win after allowing all six Beacons hits over 5.2 innings. Donnelly earned the save, his second of the year, as he held the Beacons hitless over the final 3.1.
Senior outfielder Anthony Simone and junior outfielder Chase Standen both had four hits and freshman Casey Jacobson tossed five solid innings to lead Scranton to a 12-3 win over Old Westbury in the first game of a doubleheader. Old Westbury bounced back to post a 3-2 victory in the second game, but it wasn't enough to spoil a successful spring break trip for the Royals.
Junior Aaron Kalish recorded a career-high 10 strikeouts to lead RPI to an 8-5 victory over Knox at the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. Kalish allowed four runs (2 earned) on five hits in 7.0 innings. He walked two batters and induced seven ground ball outs. Knox starter Alec Jordan gave up six runs (4 earned) on five hits in 4.0 innings. He had four strikeouts and walked one.
Texas Lutheran scored 14 runs and hammered out 16 hits in a 14-1 non-conference win against Blackburn. At TLU's Katt-Isbel Field, Matthew Lemon homered and then doubled twice. He finished the night 3-for-3 with three runs scored and an RBI. Thomas Varner and Rayce Gatlin each drove in four runs. Varner went 3-for-3 with a double, and Gatlin hit a bases-loaded triple and went 2-for-2.
Dubuque shut out Gallaudet 5-0 at the Player Development Complex. It was the first time the Bisons were shut out for the first time this season. Trent Van egtern earned the win, scatting five hits with a walk and eight strikeouts.
