The location of the final regions, the west regional, was announced in late March. The path for teams west of the Mississippi to the final D-IIII World Series in Appleton, Wisc. will go through Spokane, Washington.

Adrian and the Middle Atlantic Conference joined five others as hosts of the NCAA Regional round in mid February. Adrian will host the Mid East Regional for the second time. The MAC will host the Mid-Atlantic Regional in the same facility as last year in York , Pa.

Cortland and William Peace were approved of hosts for the New York and South Regionals to be played in mid-May 2018 in late 2017. Mass-Maritime, St. Scholastica and Webster were added as host institution for the New England, Midwest and Central Regionals earlier in February.

Visiting schools will descend on Nicolay Field on Thursday to Monday, May 17-21, for the Mideast Regional. Nicolay Field was the site of the NCAA Mideast Regional in 2009, just one year after the new facility was dedicated and opened for play. It's state-of-the-art amenities include a field completely covered in field turf by ProGrass, an inning-by-inning scoreboard, an underground drainage system, professional-caliber dugouts, bullpens and batting cages. The facility also has grandstand chairback seating on top of the dugouts for a capacity of 300, a heated press box facility for media and broadcasters, lighting for night games, locker rooms, a training room, restrooms and a concession stand. The press box is dedicated in the honor of Frank and Shirley Dick, longtime supporters of the College.

The 2018 NCAA Division III Baseball Mid-Atlantic Regional is coming back to York. The Middle Atlantic Conferences (MAC), in partnership with the York Revolution and the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau’s Sport York program, will host this year’s NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional at PeoplesBank Park—home of the York Revolution.  It is the second-straight year, and third time since 2015, that NCAA Division III postseason baseball will be held at PeoplesBank Park.  “PeoplesBank Park is York’s home for high-caliber, exciting baseball, and the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional certainly fits right in,” said York Revolution President Eric Menzer. “We are thrilled to have MAC staff, coaches and student-athletes back for another great event at the ballpark.”

William Peace will host the 2018 South Regional at the North Main Complex, Holly Springs Salamanders Ballpark in Holly Springs, NC. The stadium grandstand features 1,693 chair back seats, all with a great view of the field. 

Cortland State return as hosts of the New York Regional. The regional returns to Falcon Park in Auburn New York after being played at Onondaga Community College Baseball Field in 2017. Falcon Park is the home field of the Auburn Doubledays minor league baseball team. Originally built in 1927, the facility was rebuilt in 1995 and holds 2,800.

Historic Frank Wade Municipal Stadium will be the home of the 2018 NCAA Division III Midwest Regional. This will be the first NCAA Division III postseason event St. Scholastica has hosted in the school's history. The St. Scholastica baseball program is no stranger to the NCAA postseason. The Saints have made the NCAA Division III Tournament in 13 straight seasons with a total of 14 appearances. Wade Stadium was built in 1941 and holds 4,200 people. In the fall of 2014, the stadium received a $4.6 million renovation, which included the installation of field turf throughout the field, along with new lights and scoreboard.

For the third consecutive year, Webster and the SLIAC has been approved to host the 2018 Central Regional of the NCAA Division III Baseball Championships at GCS Ballpark in Sauget, Ill., the home facility for the Webster Gorloks. GCS Ballpark is also home to the Gateway Grizzlies of the independent Frontier League. GCS Ballpark seats 6000 and is located off I-255 in Sauget, just north of Cahokia, in site of the Gateway Arch.

For the second time in three years Spokane has been selected as a location for an NCAA Division III baseball regional. Whitworth and the Spokane Sports Commission will co-host the regional, which will take place at Avista Stadium. Spokane hosted its first Division III baseball regional in 2016 at Avista Stadium. The venue is home to the Spokane Indians, a member of the Northwest League and the Class A Short Season minor league affiliate of the Texas Rangers. The field is a natural grass and dirt surface with dimensions of 331 feet down the left field line, 398 feet to center field and 296 feet down the right field line. The stadium has a seating capacity of 6,803.

The NCAA Division III Baseball regional field will be announced late on Sunday, May 13 at NCAA.com after all conference championship events have concluded. The winners of each Regional will advance to the final D-III World Series to be played in Appleton, Wisc.
