Shenandoah won its second game in as many days with an 8-6 ODAC victory at Washington and Lee Wednesday afternoon. Shenandoah (12-7, 6-5 ODAC) broke a 5-5 tie with three runs in the seventh to down W&L (11-14, 5-9). Tyler Kroll had four of the Hornets nine hits with Tristian Baker and Keegan Woolford both driving in a pair.
Senior Nicholas Browne and junior Matthew Valente both drove in three runs, and sophomore Tyler Bell recorded the final four outs to record his first career save to help No. 12 Babson defeat Roger Williams, 11-9, in non-conference action at Paolino Field. The win was the 15th in a row for Babson (16-2), which surpassed last year's 14-game streak for the longest in program history. Roger Williams dropped its third straight game to fall to 6-11-1 on the year.
Trailing the Soaring Eagles of Elmira by an 14-4 margin going to the top of the seventh inning, with winds swirling at up to 23 miles per hour; SUNY Cobleskill staged an epic comeback effort striking for 15 runs in the frame to post a 19-17 victory over their hosts in non-conference play. With the comeback win the Fighting Tigers improve to 6-10 overall on the season while the Soaring Eagles fall to 3-15 overall on the campaign. On a day when no pitcher's earned run average was safe in the swirling winds of Elmira; the Cobleskill bullpen came through once again when needed, inheriting a 13-4 deficit in the bottom of the sixth and then holding a 19-14 lead behind the efforts of freshman right hander Dylan Stauffer.
Keuka had a pair of impressive offensive performances in a doubleheader sweep over Clarks Summit at Kuhl Field. Keuka (6-11) topped the Defenders 23-1 in game one. The Wolves then plated 27 runs in a 27-8 victory. Freshman leadoff hitter Anthony Brown led the way for the Green and Gold. Brown had three hits and drove in three runs. The freshman also scored four time in game one. Keuka College had 12 different players record at least two hits in the game two win. The Green and Gold totaled 27 hits in the game, including 11 extra-base hits. The 27 hits and runs by Keuka were the second-most in a game in program history.

The friendly confines of Art Murray Field resulted in a big afternoon, as 10th-ranked College of Wooster clubbed seven home runs, while defensively, the Fighting Scots turned a quartet of double plays during a 12-0 and 19-8 sweep over visiting Hiram. "Our guys get up to Art Murray Field, see the wind blowing out, and have a smile on their face," shared Tim Pettorini, the Scots' veteran skipper. "They get excited to play and it showed. That's kind of the way we play. We're not apologizing for it. It's a good thing. We have a lot of work to do yet, but that part was good." Wooster (9-4, 2-0 North Coast Athletic Conference) wasted no time getting to work in each game, as the Scots' four-run first inning in game one was upstaged by a nine-run outburst in game two.
No. 18-ranked Washington University closed out an 11-0 nonconference win over MacMurray College to secure its 16th win of the season and tally its sixth shutout of the year at Kelly Field. The Bears improved to 16-3-1 on the year while MacMurray fell to 4-15 overall. WashU scored in double figures for the fifth time this season and in the process ended the game after seven innings with a double digit lead. Junior Matt Ashbaugh, sophomore Tim Tague and freshman Teddy Washington combined for the seven inning shutout while holding the Highlanders to four hits and one walk. The trio totaled five strikeouts and did not permit an extra base hit. In a game that featured 21 Bears, WashU's offense totaled 12 hits with freshman left fielder Brendan Hall, sophomore third baseman Collin Kahal and senior second baseman Evan Nagel each finishing the game with two hits apiece.
Keegan Phillips hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth to give Allegheny a 7-6 win in the opener, before the Gators dropped a 5-4 decision in the night cap of a home NCAC doubleheader against Oberlin. The split moves Allegheny to 10-8 overall this season and 2-1 in NCAC play ahead of its first conference action on the road this year when the Gators travel to No. 23 Denison for a noon twinbill on Saturday, April 6. With the score knotted at 6-6 and two outs in the bottom of the ninth of the opener, Luke Chutko was hit by a pitch and Tommy Cannon reached on a fielding error to put two on. That brought up Phillips, who ripped a line drive to left field on an 0-2 pitch that dropped past the diving left fielder and allowed Chutko to score from second.
Springfield played a back-and-forth offensive affair with Becker in non-conference action at Rochdale Field, as the Pride prevailed over the Hawks, 11-10, in a game that came down to the final out. With the win, the Pride is now 10-9 on the year, while the Hawks fall to 7-12 with the setback. Freshman pitcher Mitch Wright got the nod and pitched 4.0 frames, giving up 11 hits and five earned runs while striking out five. Cole Donovan came on in relief and pitched 4.0 innings, allowing five hits and one earned run en route to his first win of the year. At the plate, junior Kyle Godfrey had a productive day as he went 3-for-4 with two runs and four RBI, which included his first home run as a member of the Pride.

Cortland scored 13 runs over the first three innings as the Red Dragons defeated host Marywood, 22-2, in a non-league matchup. Cortland won its eighth straight game to improve to 15-8-1 on the season. Cortland finished with 19 hits and also drew 10 walks in the win. Dan Schweitzer finished 3-for-3 with two runs scored, Matt Krafft was 3-for-4 with two RBI, Colin BeVard ended 2-for-2 with four RBI and Scott Giordano was 2-for-3 with a triple, double, two RBI and three runs scored.

Gwynedd Mercy scored early and often in a 19-4 victory over visiting Delaware Valley in their home opener. Eleven different Griffins collected a hit as team combined for 19 on the day. Ryan Keen led the attack going 3-for-3 with four runs scored and two runs batted in. Billy Collinsconnected on a pair of doubles while driving in a team-high five runs. T.J. Brasier and Justin Curtin also drove in a pair of runs. Bryan Kaelin picked up the win on the mound throwing five solid innings while striking out four batters. A Quintuplet of relievers in Cameron Culver, Alex Kaupp, Liam Sullivan, Jeff Seigafuse and George Stweart held Del Val off the scoreboard over the final four innings.
Behind a seven-RBI performance from sophomore designated hitter Nickolas Perkins, Endicott defeated Suffolk , 12-11, on Wednesday evening in non-conference action at North Field. Perkins' career day included a run-producing single in the first, a two-run single in the second, and a towering grand slam in the sixth that struck the Post Center building that is situated well beyond the right-center field fence. Perkins finished the contest going 3-for-5 with one run scored, in addition to his seven RBI. The Gulls also saw Benjamin Schena drive in two runs, while Matt Bald and Brendan McDonald contributed one RBI apiece in the win.
Salisbury extended their win streak to 13 games with a 18-7 victory over Wesley. Nine different players recorded an RBI for the Sea Gulls in the win, including a game-high four RBI from Jimmy Monaghan. The Sea Gulls wasted no time getting going as they opened up the scoring with four runs in the bottom of the first inning. Wesley was able to take the lead later in the game with some situational hitting but the bullpen let them down. alisbury put up a combined 12 runs in the seventh and eighth innings to sink their route 13 rival for good.
Washington & Jefferson recorded a season-high 21 hits to roll by Waynesburg, 20-2, in PAC action at Ross Memorial Park. The victory, W&J's 11th straight, runs the Presidents' record to 14-7 overall and 9-0 in conference. In addition to tallying a season high in hits, the Red & Black also posted season-best totals in runs (20), RBI (19) and doubles (10). The Presidents have not scored 20-plus runs in a game since defeating Geneva 23-3 on April 21, 2017.
Exactly 24 hours after wrapping up a conference doubleheader, Otterbein got back on the diamond with another road affair in another state. The Cardinals, who began the delayed trip after their team bus was an hour late, eventually arrived to UC Health Stadium and played to a comfortable 9-0 victory over host Mount St. Joseph. Otterbein (11-9) consistently built a lead by scoring in the first four innings, getting early RBI singles from Sam Edgell and Adam Stotler before the longball went into effect. Senior Connor Brett launched his second home run in as many days, and then classmate Ben Beachy followed with a two-run blast in the next inning to make it a 5-0 contest. The cushion would be more than necessary for freshman Travis Engard on the hill, as the right-hander shoves seven scoreless inning while allowing just four hits. He fanned five batters and walked only one.
Ramapo snapped the Privateers of SUNY Maritime's 10 game win streak in non-conference action, 12-5. The Roadrunners improve to 9-8 overall while the Privateers stand at 15-8. The Roadrunners belted out 15 hits throughout the game, led by Matt Carovillano who went 3-5 with one RBI and two runs scored. Vincenzo Sita went 2-4 on the day with two runs scored and two RBI, while Bryan Franko finished hitting 2-4 with three RBI.
With runs being scored in all but two innings, the Eastern Mennonite Diamond Royals were able to edge out Bridgewater in a slugfest on the road to come out on top to win by a score of 13-10. The win moves the Royals to 5-7 in conference play and 11-14-1 overall with a tough test ahead of them as they host nationally ranked #8 Randolph-Macon in a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at noon.
St. Joseph's (L.I.) cruised to a 22-2 non-conference win over New Rochelle at Gregg Alfano Field. The Golden Eagles improve to 10-11 on the season as the Blue Angels drop to 2-19. St. Joseph's scored multiple run is six innings and 10 different Golden Eagles recorded at least one hit as the team went on to belt 22 hits. Anthony Raucci was 4-for-4 at the plate with an RBI and three runs scored. Tyler Sanderson finished 4-for-5 including two doubles and a triple with six RBIs and four runs scored. Nick Vicino went 3-for-6 with a two-run home run. Jesse Nakashian came off the bench and went 3-for-3 with two runs scored. Justin Stromski and Michael Reda provided two hits apiece and combined for five RBIs and two runs scored.
