Today it was do-or-die for everyone not from Marietta, Ohio. And Buena Vista's Cinderella run through the postseason ended on Monday afternoon as Chapman pushed across a run in the top of the ninth to beat the Beavers 3-2.

Marietta defeated Keystone 11-2 to end the Giants' run of four uniforms in four games. Keystone allowed seven unearned runs, including three of them in a rally that started after Blaine O'Brien retired the first two batters of the third inning.

Chapman will need to take two games from Marietta on Tuesday to bring home its second national title. Chapman will be playing in the title game for the second time in program history, while Marietta will be playing for a record 11th time.
