A Christopher walk, stolen base and Phillips walk put runners at first and second to lead off the third before a Chiorello single scored Christopher.
Betts and Jimmy Najera (Fort Washington, Md./DeMatha) drew back-to-back walks to force home Phillips for an 11-5 advantage.
An Isaac Polinsky leadoff double and Daniel Samick one-out single gave Penn State-Harrisburg a single run in the fifth.
