GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College baseball team suffered a 16-6 defeat to the Bethany Bison in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest Friday afternoon at Tomcat Park.
Trent Mosley and Trent Smith each knocked solo home runs to right field. Smith, Cody Trinch, and Josh Doody each had two hits for the Tomcats. Brian Genco, Dan Koller, and Matt Elko each added an RBI in the game.
The Tomcats (24-10, 13-6 PAC) will finish the season series with the Bison Saturday with a doubleheader at Bethany, W.Va. The first game is scheduled to begin at noon.
