Keystone Baseball Drops 3-0 Decision to Rutgers-Camden

ASTON, Pa. - Senior Mohammed Hussein tossed eight innings but the Keystone College baseball team fell at Rutgers-Camden 3-0 on Tuesday afternoon at the Maplezone Sports Institute.

With the defeat, Keystone falls to 3-7 as the Giants travel to Drew University on Thursday, March 28 at 3:30 p.m. Rutgers-Camden improves to 6-8 and the Scarlet Raptors host Susquehanna University tomorrow at 4 p.m.

Hussein threw all eight frames and allowed six hits and three earned runs while striking out one.

All three of the Scarlet Raptors' runs came in the bottom of the first as Rutgers-Camden scored on an RBI groundout, a single to right and a triple to left.

The Giants finished with five hits on the day, as senior Ronald Medina went 2-for-4. Senior Chris Panzarella, senior Dakota McFadden and junior Joe Fichera all collected a base knock each.
