The Baruch College Bearcats suffered a 14-2 non-conference loss to the Dolphins from the College of Mount Saint Vincent on Thursday afternoon at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New York.

The Dolphins from the Skyline Conference took control early leading 7-0 after three innings. They would finish the game with 14 runs on 14 hits.

The Bearcats' bats came alive in the last inning with two runs.

JP Ramirez smacked an RBI double to plate Angel Acevedo. Jacob Auerbach followed with an RBI single to center to bring home Ramirez.

The Bearcats were supposed to resume their CUNYAC schedule tomorrow against the College of Staten Island, but due to the forecast of rain, the doubleheader is postponed and rescheduled to Sunday 12:00 p.m. at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New York.

The original doubleheader against the College of New Rochelle on Sunday is postponed, in order for the Bearcats to meet their CUNYAC obligations to the conference schedule.
