The No. 16 ranked University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team closed the 2019 regular season Sunday afternoon with a 10-6 victory over Concordia Wisconsin in a non-conference affair at Prucha Field at James B. Miller Stadium.

Senior third baseman Cal Aldridge posted two hits, including one home run, to become the program's all-time leader in career hits with 249, passing Jeff Donovan (2007-08, 10-11) for first on the list. He needs one more home run to tie Pat Tobiasz (1995-98) on the list of all-time leaders.

The victory was also the 600th career win for head coach John Vodenlich, the program's all-time winningest coach. His .727 winning percentage entering the 2019 season ranked fifth among active Division III coaches.

Five players finished with two hits or more for the Warhawks (31-9 overall). Senior left fielder Matt Korman totaled four hits, including two doubles, as well as two runs scored and two runs batted in. Junior centerfielder Noah Jensen posted two hits, including one home run, and added one walk, three runs scored and two RBI.

Senior catcher Mike Aiello reached base five times with two hits, including a solo homer, two walks and a hit-by-pitch, and contributed three runs scored and one RBI. Junior right fielder Alex Doud registered two hits, one run scored and one RBI.

UW-Whitewater's four pitchers held the Falcons (17-19) to six hits on the day. Junior Connor Fedders earned his first win, tossing three innings in relief of starter Jim Perkins. Junior Keith Kutzler picked up his first save, closing the game with three hitless frames, striking out three.

Concordia Wisconsin led 3-2 heading into the bottom of the third, when the Warhawks rallied for five runs to take the lead for good.

UW-Whitewater will host the two-day Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship (presented by Culver's) starting Friday. The Warhawks will face UW-Stout starting at 1 p.m. at Miller Stadium.
