PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. - Johann Paniagua (Bronx, NY/James Monroe Campus High School) of the Keystone College baseball program recently signed with the Plattsburgh Thunderbirds of the Empire Professional Baseball League (EPBL).
Paniagua - a Second Team All-CSAC selection in 2019 - finished the year hitting .304 (42-for-138) with three home runs, 30 RBI, 38 runs scored, 16 doubles, one triple and 17 walks.
Paniagua joins Mohammed Hussein (Queens, NY/William C. Bryant), who also signed with the Thunderbirds.
