Sweeping the day is always a goal before the first pitch. On Sunday sweeps were accomplished by the likes of Catholic, Knox, Lynchburg, Muhlenburg Stevenson and Utica. Wilmington and UW-Stevens Point both took two from two different teams.
Jason Clark slugged his way to a spot on the team of the week, our weekly honor role of the best payer at each position on the field. Also making the team are two no-hit pitchers, one who shined in a single game and another with three not-hit relief appearances.

James Clark has been named the new head coach at Eureka. Clark was formerly the baseball head coach at Spoon River College and was a four-year NCAA Division III baseball student-athlete at Knox.
Knox wins the program's 1000th game
