Misericordia scored three runs in the third and fourth innings and held off a late rally by the DeSales on Sunday, forcing a winner take all MAC Freedom Championship game on Monday night at Owls Field. The winner will earn the MAC Freedom's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.

Hiram dropped the final two games at Wittenberg to conclude their 2016 season. The Tigers took the opener by a 10-8 score and won the second game, which was counted as a non-conference tilt, 17-8. Wittenberg outhit Hiram 32-18 on a day where both teams combined for 17 errors.
St. Scholastica concluded the regular season at Wade Stadium with a non-conference doubleheader sweep of No. 15 University of St. Thomas. The Saints won 8-1 6-2 in their first doubleheader sweep of the Tommies since 2006 and the first time they swept the Tommies on the season since 2011.
Brendan McNerney and Aaron Kalish combined to throw 14 scoreless innings to lead the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) baseball team to a doubleheader sweep of St. Lawrence University, on Saturday at Tom Fay Field. The Engineers took the games 5-0 and 7-0. The Engineers will face Union to open the double-elimination Liberty League Tournament, which begins on Thursday.
Elizabethtown's offense punctured Moravian for season-highs of 18 runs and 21 hits to win the opener of their Landmark semifinal series Sunday, 18-3. The Greyhounds forced a decisive game three, however, holding on 12-9 in game two. The winner will advance to the best of three with Susquehanna.
Keystone reached the 30-win plateau on with a 13-9 victory over Colonial States Athletic Conference foe Neumann in the regular season finale for both teams. Louis Reyes went 3-5 with three RBIs while Chaszar and Nardelli collected three hits apiece to power the Giants, who held a slim, 16-15 edge in hits for the game.
Augustana battered five Millikin pitchers for 20 hits Sunday and grabbed a share of the 2016 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin championship with a 14-5 win over the Big Blue on Senior Day at Swanson Stadium/Brunner Field. Coach Greg Wallace's club tied North Central atop the league standings and earned home field advantage for this week's CCIW Tournament by virtue of wins in two of three meetings with the Cardinals.

Texas-Tyler Patriots advanced to the American Southwest Conference Championship Gold Bracket series earning a 7-2 win over Texas Dallas in the second of two games at Tornado Field to clinch the ASC Blue Bracket title. The Patriots will play at Hardin-Simmons next weekend in a best-of-three series against the Cowboys in Abilene. HSU advanced out of the ASC Red Bracket by knocking off East Texas Baptist on Sunday in Marshall.
Hamline had the second most wins in school history with a 9-4, 17-6 sweep of Wisconsin-Superior at CHS Field. The league's top hitting team scored in double digits for the 15th time this season in the second game. HU, picked for seventh in the coaches' preseason poll, finished tied for second with St. John's at 13-7 in MIAC play. The two teams will meet Thursday, in the opening round of the MIAC tournament.
For just the third time in the last 21 years, the Midwest Conference Tournament will not include Ripon College. Needing to win both games of Sunday's doubleheader at Beloit in order to qualify for the tournament for the fourth consecutive season, the Red Hawks lost the first game 10-0 in seven innings, before winning the nightcap, 16-8. Beloit cliched a playoff spot with the win but lost the number one seed to St. Norbert with the second game loss.
Three different Pioneers had three hits in the game as Marietta banged out 15 total in a 13-5 victory over Penn State-Behrend. Marietta will be the No. 2 seed in the OAC Tournament and will play No. 3 seed Baldwin Wallace in the first round. Penn State-Behrend will be one of four teams in next weekend's AMCC tournament.
Wooster drew 12 walks against Wabash pitching while also spraying 14 hits across Art Murray Field , which resulted in a decisive 17-4 win as the Fighting Scots completed a three-game sweep in North Coast Athletic Conference Crossover Series. After spotting Wabash a 3-0 lead on David Oliger's three-run homer in the first inning, the Scots scored 17 unanswered runs before Wabash closed out the scoring.
Nick Vento's grand slam in the bottom of the eighth capped off an 11-4 victory over Thomas More and gave Washington & Jefferson a return berth in next week's Presidents' Athletic Conference Tournament. With the win, the Presidents has clinched the third seed in the league tournament and will take on second seed Thiel to open play at Thomas More on Thursday.
