University of Chicago officials announced the hiring of Kevin Tyrrell as head baseball coach on Tuesday. Tyrrell spent the past three seasons serving as an assistant baseball coach for UChicago (2019-21).
Fredonia State alum, Jordan Basile, was named the new head coach at Fredonia State. A 2009 graduate, Basile is the school's all-time hits leader and and has been voted into the University's Hall of Fame. Most recently Basile was the head coach at Jamestown Community College for the past 2 1/2 years.
La Roche announced Adam Dukate has been named head coach of the Men's Baseball Program. Dukate joins La Roche from Saint Vincent where he served as a baseball assistant coach, serving from 2012 to 2021.
