St. Louis, Mo. - Fontbonne junior Vince Santarsiero threw a no-hitter while only walking two Red Devils to defeat Eureka College 5-0 in the first of three contests over the weekend.

Santarsiero's only struggle was in the second inning as he walked two but his defense backed him up as he got out of the inning with a double-play. He was on fire in the sixth inning, striking out all three Red Devils looking. The Florida native totaled seven strikeouts in the seven-inning shutout.
