Earlier this spring, Green was a second-team All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference pick and was also chosen as Penn State Altoona's most valuable player.

Green had a breakout season in his sophomore campaign before suffering an injury during the AMCC postseason tournament that limited his total number of games played to 27, including 21 starts. He hit .400 this spring with a .464 on-base percentage and a .680 slugging percentage. Among all AMCC hitters in categories in which he qualified, Green was fifth in stolen bases (13), seventh in sacrifice hits (4), 11th in home runs (4), 19th in doubles (9), 30th in total bases (51), 35th in runs scored (26), 36th in RBI (23), and 49th in hits (30). In the field, he ranked 20th in fielding percentage (.984) while tallying a pair of outfield assists.

Green becomes the third player in Penn State Altoona baseball history to receive All-Region honors from D3baseball.com. This season, he is one of nine AMCC players to earn All-Region status from the organization.

Penn State Altoona baseball went 20-27 overall this season, including a 5-9 record in the AMCC. The Lions won their third-ever AMCC championship and made their second-ever appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament.
