May 11, 2024 UMass Dartmouth walks-off with 2024 LEC title Third-seeded University of Massachusetts Dartmouth captured the 2024 Little East Conference Championship Tournament title for the first time in over 20 years with a 4-3, 10-inning victory over top-seeded and tournament host University of Massachusetts Boston Saturday at Monan Park
April 22, 2024 Tough to be perfect....in conference Mitchell stayed perfect in the GNAC and has never lost a GNAC conference game having joined the GNAC this year. The Mariners are just one of three teams who enter this week without a loss in conference play. UMass-Dartmouth and Penn State-Harrisburg also have no conference losses.
April 7, 2024 Qualey throws no-hitter in sweep of WestConn Powered by two stellar performances from starting pitchers Ryan Qualey and Adam Maher, including the first career no-hitter for Qualey in a 13-1 win in game one. The Corsairs swept Western Connecticut with a 13-1 victory in game one and 15-3 win in game two, both in 7.0 innings.
March 27, 2024 Charon, Maher, Middlebrooks honored with weekly NCBWA honors For the first time this season, a player with a cycle was chosen for the NCBWA Div. III Hitter of the Week, while one of last week’s two nine-inning no-hitters garnered the Pitcher of the Week award. A .625 average with 11 RBI and six steals rounded out the honors for games played March 18-24 as the Rookie of the Week.
March 24, 2023 No-Hitter highlights sweep An offensive spree in game one, coupled with Adam Maher (sophomore) no-hitter in game two helped lift the UMass Dartmouth baseball team to a doubleheader sweep of Western Connecticut State University on Friday. The Corsairs (11-5, 2-0 LEC) posted a 12-5 win in game one, and notched a 10-0 victory over the Wolves (3-16, 0-2 LEC) in game two.
March 15, 2023 Perron, Guidas, Archer honored with NCBWA weekly awards The first nine-inning perfect game of the year, a 16-hit week while batting .593, and a one-hitter claimed the week three National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Div.
