Following the unexpected end to the 2020 season, it was time for the second All-Decade team of the century. Three teams and honorable mentions were assembled from the list of All-Americans, All-Region and record setting players who played at least two years in the decade. Following the blueprint in compiling the previous All-Decade team, eighty-two players were selected for the 2010's All-Decade team.

Southern Maine's Sam Dexter, the 2015 D3baseball.com Player of the Year, was the first team selection at shortstop. Dexter set D-III records in at-bats (806) and tied the doubles record set by Greg Van Sickler, Shenandoah (81) as he became just the second player in the division to record more than 300 hits. Joining Dexter in the infield was Jamie Lackner, Wooster at first, Tanner Nishioka, Pomona-Pitzer at second, and 2019 D3baseball Player of the Year Toby Welk, Penn State-Berks at third base. 2012 D3baseball.com Player of the Year Bruce Maxwell, Birmingham-Southern was selcted as the first team catcher. Three time batting champion and 2016 D3baseball Player of the Year, Taylor Kohlwey, UW-La Crosse joined Bret Williams, Penn State-Harrisburg and Jeremy Wolf, Trinity (Texas) in the outfield. Cal Aldridge, UW-Whitewater was recognized for his offense as the first team designated hitter.

On the mound, Chris Haddeland, Linfield, Brian Rauh, Chapman, and Tommy Bergjans, Haverford comprises three fifths of the first team rotation. Joining this trio are 40 game-winner Tommy Parsons, Adrian and 2015 Pitcher of the Year Blake Stevens, Birmingham-Southern. In the virtual bullpen are Kevin Becker-Menditto, Alvernia, the career record holder in saves (47), Andy Lowe, Heidelberg, the career record holder in appearances and long relief star Andrew Richards, Southern Maine. Greg Van Sickler, Shenandoah was recognized for his utility role as starting pitcher and infielder for the Hornets.

The D3baseball.com 2010's All-Decade team includes eight players named as D3baseball.com Player of the Year and six of the D3baseball.com Pitchers of the Year in the decade. Southern Maine placed the most players (five) and two brothers (Sam and Jake Dexter). Birmingham-Southern was represented by four, including two first team selections as twelve programs overall had multiple players on the list. A total of 56 schools were represented.

The Coach of the Decade is Cortland's Joe Brown. Brown led the Red Dragons to a World Series win in 2015 and a second place finish in 2010. Cortland leads all teams with five appearances in the D-III College World Series. Under Brown, Cortland has the most wins in the decade (386) and the leading winning percentage (0.799).
