Freshman Walter Talcott set the single season record for wins with eight as Earlham defeated Anderson 5-1 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action. Talcott pitched his fourth complete game of the season, allowing just one run on nine hits while striking out 11 Raven batters. The Lafayette, Ind., native. Earlham will play Bluffton, a 7-6 winner over Franklin on 10 innings, on Tuesday.
Castleton needed 12 innings to earn a 3-2 victory in the first game of the day and then shutout Husson 2-0 in the final game of the doubleheader to earn a sweep and stretch their win streak to a program-record 16 games. The Spartans picked up a marathon win in game one, coming back from a late 2-1 deficit to win 3-2 in extra innings. Dillon Benham drove in both the game-tying and game-winning runs.
With two wins over Berry, the No. 7 Birmingham-Southern Panthers fought its way out of the elimination bracket to earn a spot in and host next weekend's Southern Athletic Association Championship title series. BSC won by the scores of 16-9 and 13-1 today against the Vikings. It will be the third straight year that the Panthers have hosted the title series, and the third straight time to meet Rhodes to play for the conference crown. Rhodes swept through the Hendrix, moving to the title series with a 9-4 win over Hendrix.
Delaware Valley earned a doubleheader split against Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom foe King's. The Monarchs took the first game 5-2 but the Aggies came back to win the second, 9-8. DelVal celebrated their three seniors between the two contests: Matt Dewald, Jake Richard and Corey White.
Washington & Jefferson completed the season sweep of Presidents' Athletic Conference foe Saint Vincent with an 8-3 win over the Bearcats at Bearcat Ballfield. The victory gives the Presidents an 11-7 record in the PAC, good for fourth place as they chase a PAC tounement bid.
University of Dallas walked-off for the second straight day in 10 innings to secure the three-game series versus No. 18 Centenary (La.). The final score Sunday favored Dallas, 4-3, and was the second extra inning game this season – both at home. These two programs have gone extra regulation at Crusader Field in each series at least once dating back to 2013. UD is 3-1 in such games, with the most recent home extra inning contest favoring the Gents (5-4) in 11 innings.
Henry Curran and Dan Kinnon combined for a five-hit shutout as No. 16 Southern Maine defeated Wheaton (Mass.) 9-0 in a non-conference game Sunday afternoon at Sidell Stadium. Curran went 6.1 innings allowing four hits and two walks while striking out five to earn his second win of the season. Kinnon came on in the seventh to go the final 2.2 innings to earn his first save of the season.
Carthage won a three-game series with CCIW-opponent Elmhurst by defeating the Bluejays, 11-7, at Augie Schmidt Field in Kenosha, Wis. With the series win, along with Wheaton (Ill.) losing three games to first-place North Central, the Red Men moved into sole possession of fourth place in the league. The top-four teams qualify for the CCIW Baseball Tournament.

Monmouth equaled their longest win streak of the season with an 18-10, 12-6 sweep of Knox in Galesburg. The Fighting Scots banged out 21 hits in the opener and scored 12 runs in the seventh and eighth innings. In the nightcap, Knox outhit the Scot's but Monmouth took advantage of nine walks to double up Knox.

Rose-Hulman relied on four multiple-run innings and a complete game three-hitter by Alec McNally to defeat Defiance 10-0 to cap a three-game Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference series. The 10-hit, 10-run offense was more than enough for McNally to earn his second win this week. The senior right-hander tossed eight shutout innings at Franklin on Tuesday, before shutting out Defiance for all seven innings with nine strikeouts on Sunday.
Augustana rode seven shutout innings from starter Chris Sauer and a six-run fourth inning to an 11-3 win at North Park Sunday, completing a sweep of the teams' three-game series.
Endicott split a pair of Commonwealth Coast Conference games with Salve Regina at North Field. The Gulls fell to the Seahawks, 5-0, in game one before earning a split versus Salve Regina in game two with a 5-2 victory. Cory Poplawski twirled a gem in game one as the junior right-handed pitcher scattered six hits over seven shutout innings, and also struck out a season-high eight batters. Endicott designated hitter Anthony Serina fell a single shy of hitting for the cycle to lead the Gulls past Salve Regina in game two, and earn the split.
Marietta got its offense on track in the second game of a doubleheader at Case Western Reserve. The Pioneers bounced back from a 2-0 loss in game one to defeat the Spartans 8-1 in the nitecap.
Penn State Behrend needed extra innings in both of their games this afternoon, but walked away with 2-1 and 4-3 walk-off wins over Mount Aloysius in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference action. In an eight-inning first game, Nathan Noe singled in Johnathan Brittner from second with two outs to win the Lions the game. Then in another eight inning game two, Matt Wolczko roped a single through the left side that scored Noe with the bases loaded and two outs to be the one in the middle of the celebratory pile on first base.
Westminster (Pa.) completed the series sweep over Bethany with an 8-7 win on the road. The Titans swept the Bison at home in a doubleheader on Saturday. For the game, Bethany out-hit Westminster 14-13. Westminster sophomore Joseph Salmen went a perfect 5-for-5 at the plate, including one RBI.

Brandeis plated six runs in the sixth inning including a grand slam from rookie 2B Benjamin Bavly as they defeated Framingham State University 8-3 in non-conference action this afternoon at Stein Diamond. With the win, the Judges extend their winning streak to eight in a row, their longest since 2002. The 16 wins is the most by a Brandeis team since 2011.
Visiting Washington College pushed their win streak to six consecutive games with a pair of 10 inning wins over host Ursinus in a Centennial Conference. The Shoremen rallied for a 7-6 win in Game One, then had to rally again for a 6-3 win over the Bears in Game Two.
Ithaca earned a 9-2 victory over Houghton at Freeman Field. Four different players produced multi-hit games and Brandon Diorio gave up just two hits over 6.2 innings to lead Ithaca to its sixth straight win. Diorio allowed just one run and struck out three batters en route to his fourth win of the season.
Senior Brian Luebcke became the second fastest Bear to strikeout 100 batters and juniors Michael Camerada and Nicholas LoPrinzi knocked five hits and drove in four RBI as the St. Joseph's (Brooklyn) remained in contention for a Skyline Conference Tournament berth with a road doubleheader sweep over Mount Saint Vincent
