its campaign with a 12-2 victory over Marymount at the
Washington Nationals Youth Academy Sunday afternoon.

George Fox complete the series sweep of the Puget Sound Loggers on Sunday, winning game three by a final of 7-5. Trevor Nannini finished the day 3-5 with two doubles and three runs scored. Matt Ramirez knocked in four runs while going 3-4 on the day, and Sam Swenson also went 3-4 with two RBI. Matt Voelzke struck out four in a no-decision outing, while Sean Wiese secured his second win of the season after four innings and four punch-outs.

Violante (2-0) fired the first six innings and struck out eight while allowing just three runs on four hits and a walk. Radd tossed three scoreless innings, yielding just two hits and a walk en route to his second career save. Senior Matthew Lange went 3-for-4 at the plate for Drew while classmate Bryan Reagle was 2-for-4 with two runs and a big two-run double.

In its first weekend home series of the year, Lynchburg brought its brooms out and completed a three game sweep of York, defeating the Spartans 11-3 in game three behind a strong pitching performance from sophomore Brandon Pond and a 3-for-3 day at the dish from fellow sophomore Brian Sheeder. For the second game in a row, the Hornets (7-3) scored over 10 runs as the Lynchburg offense wasted no time yet again on Sunday.

William Paterson (3-1) split a pair of one-run, extra-inning decisions with visiting Franklin & Marshall (1-3). WP fell 3-2 in nine innings during the opener, but won the night cap by a 1-0 score in eight innings during a seven-inning doubleheader against the Diplomats. Starter Jonathan Cole provided seven solid innings, striking out seven and not being charged for an earned run. Rookie Ian Metzger spun a gem during his first career start, tossing 101 pitches for the complete-game victory (2-0). He scattered four hits and three walks over 8.0 innings, striking out nine.

Catholic won the rubber match by a wide margin Sunday afternoon in a 17-4 victory for the series win over Skidmore at Robert J. Talbot Field. A ten-run eighth inning sealed the Cardinals' (4-4) chances of taking two out of three against the Thoroughbreds (1-2). Senior Connor Sullivan led the team with four hits and two RBIs to close out a productive weekend at the plate in which the Cards had 36 hits as a team.

Just like the Florida sun, Muhlenberg was hot in its first games of spring break. The Mules opened their trip with a sweep of Neumann by scores of 9-1 and 9-2, after the bats pounded out 20 hits and the pitching staff combined for 27 strikeouts. Senior Matthew D'Ambrosia was dealing from his first pitch, fanning 13 batters – two short of his career high – in six innings of work. He retired the first six batters he faced, five by strikeouts. The righty moved into sole possession of second place on the all-time strikeout list with 197, six shy of tying the record of 203. Junior Truman Devitt was just as good in game two, carrying a no-hitter into the fifth inning. He finished with eight punchouts six shutout innings.

Trine got off to a fast start to begin its annual spring trip to Florida with a pair of victories against Union, 3-0 and 4-2, at Lake Myrtle Complex in Auburndale, Fla. Trine got a stellar effort on the mound in game one by junior Adam Wheaton who pitched seven shutout innings and gave up just four hits while striking out nine batters and issued no walks. On the mound in game two , sophomore Bryce Bloode got the start and pitched five-and-a-third innings allowing just two runs on five hits and struck out two batters. 

Kyle Friebolin struck out a career high five hitters in a complete game gem to lead King's College to a 6-1 game two victory over John Carroll to split a doubleheader with the Blue Streaks on Sunday afternoon from the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex in Auburndale, FL. JCU won the opener 6-1. John Carroll (3-2) got a masterful pitching performance from Mitchell Midea in the opener as their ace struck out 12 Monarchs in 5.1 innings of work. Kyle Friebolin threw a complete game gem for King's with a career high five strikeouts on 91 pitches. The senior allowed just one run on four hits and two walks

Dickinson swept a double-header from visiting Juniata in the home opener on Sunday. The Red Devils rallied from behind in both games, claiming the opener 4-2 and taking the nightcap, 2-1. The Red Devils combined for six hits in the opener. Sophomore Beau Dana earned the win on the hill, allowing five hits and one walk while recording seven strikeouts. Junior Jake Geddes came on in relief and earned the win to improve to 2-0 on the season. He scattered three hits over 5.2 innings while booking five strikeouts.

Stockton (4-0) swept their second straight doubleheader
in as many weeks. The Ospreys downed Norwich (2-2) by
scores of 10-4 and 12-2, with John Perrino leading the
Ospreys offense with five hits and four runs on the day.

St. Mary's (MD) (3-2) hosted the Ithaca Bombers (1-4) in non-conference action. The Seahawks defeated the Bombers 18-16 in an offensive shootout. The contest featured 37 total hits as the Seahawks recorded 20. Jake Wood and Brady Waters led the Seahawks from the plate with a team-best three hits. Travis Rinker notched a team-high four RBI, while Wood, Jay Hammett, and Dillon Waters knocked in three runs each. Wood and Joey Bryner drew two walks each, respectively.

Sophomore Tylor Murphy had a productive weekend at the plate to lead Fredonia State to a split at Emory and Henry. Murphy had two home runs and two doubles, while totaling six RBI. The Devils took Game 1, 8-5, before falling 8-5 in Game 2. The Devils ripped four doubles and a homreun in the win. Murphy, Russ Mistretta, Kole Brink, and Joseph Coene each doubled, while Murphy homered. Brian Chatt added a pair of hits for Fredonia State. Nicholas Lawlor got the win on the mound, going four innings. Kenny Ynoa picked up the save with a scoreless seventh. Game 2 saw the Devils crack 13 hits but muster only five runs.

Mary Washington ran its win streak to three straight with a doubleheader sweep of previously unbeaten McDaniel College, winning 10-6 in the opener and overcoming a 9-0 deficit to win game two, 14-10. The Eagles improve to 3-4 on the season. Bryce Runey homered and singled and Jonathan Sedmak singled and doubled for UMW in the opener. Runey had three singles and a double in game two, while Norman Holcomb singled and tripled.

Pitt-Bradford completed a three-game sweep over Wells in New Market, Va. They won the third game 7-4 to finish the weekend. Andrew Bacha (1-0) picked up the win for the Panthers. He pitched 5 innings, allowing 1 earned run on 3 hits and 5 walks. he struck out 4 batters.Logan Edmonds picked up his first save of the season with his scoreless 9th inning. Tyler Hoops led the offense for the Panthers. The senior shortstop finished the game 2 for 4 with 2 triples, 2 RBIs and 1 run scored. Joshua Zelinski was the only other Panther to record a multi-hit game, as he finished 2 for 5. He also scored 1 run and brought in 2.

Bethany took on Penn State-Fayette in a non-conference contest at Bethany Park. The Bison used a second inning surge to roll past the Lions, 11-1. PSU-Fayette scored first in the second inning. The Bison responded with an eight run second inning. Kevin Pollock led all Bisons, going 3-for-5, wuith a run and RBI.

Maryville earned the three-game sweep over USA South foes Huntingdon, as the Scots took game three, 11-0. The Hawks came into the weekend series with an impressive 7-1 overall record and a 3-0 mark in USA South play. The Orange and Garnet took the three-game sweep, posting an incredible 47 hits and 31 RBI to outscore the conference foes, 36-9. MC followed Kolton Hicks, Cody Gregory and Ian Campbell in the final game, as Hicks finished the contest with a 2-for-4 effort with three RBI, two runs and a walk. Gregory was 3-for-4 with a double, two runs and two RBI, while Campbell went 2-for-5 with three RBI. Alden Wright added a 3-for-5 effort with a run and an RBI.

Maritime began their 2020 season with a doubleheader sweep of Plattsburgh St. in a cold day on Reinhart Field. The Privateers came to play in both games as they won in dominating fashion with scores of 10-2 and 8-2, respectively. Leading 6-1 with three innings left, Ryan Ragone and Skylar Graff closed out the game for the Privateers on the mound while the Maritime offense kept rolling as they went to secure a 10-2 win. Again with a big lead, J.P. Silvestri and Joe Ragone closed out the game on the mound. Silvestri finished with the win by throwing three innings without a hit or run allowed.

Centre to 8-2 on the year as they took their opening conference series of the season following a doubleheader split against the Sewanee Tigers on Sunday. The Colonels won the opening contest 7-2 before losing the second game 11-7. Centre outscored the Tigers 17-15 for the series and smacked 32 hits across the three-game set.

Waynesburg opened the 2020 season by making its annual journey to the Russmatt Central Florida Invitational. The Yellow Jackets opened their run at the event on Sunday by splitting a doubleheader with Ohio Northern. The Jackets (1-1) took game one 8-2 behind the power pitching of senior Mason Miller and an opportunistic offensive effort. Senior infielder Justin Buberl went four-for-seven with a double and a walk during the split. Sophomore Tyler Woodrow posted a three-for-eight day with a double. Junior Ryan Mills put up a two-for-five day with a walk and two RBI.

Stevenson totaled 30 runs as it posted a doubleheader
sweep of Elmira at Sugar Field Sunday afternoon. 
The Mustangs recorded a 14-8 win in the opener, then
completed the sweep with a 16-3 victory in game two.

Washington College pounded out 20 runs and 20 hits and scored eight runs in its first at-bat to never trail in a 20-6 victory over host Gallaudet on Sunday at Hoy Field in non-conference action.  The Shoremen improve to 2-1 on the year, while the Bison fall to 2-6.  The Shoremen have now won six straight over the Bison and today was the fourth time Washington has scored 20 or more runs against Gallaudet.

Pacific won its second-straight Northwest Conference series with a 22-2 rout of Linfield. The 22 runs by the Boxers against Linfield are the most by a Pacific club since March 25, 2016 when the Boxers plated 25 at Pomona-Pitzer in a 25-7 win. Offensively, 10-different Boxers had a hit including a team-high three from Tanner Johnson and Tyler Quinn. Johnson along with Jordan Hara and Dylan Morgan each had three RBI to lead the Pacific offense. Relievers Gavin Bullock and Tyler Oscarson pitched five innings of relief without allowing a hit. Bullock was credited with the win after pitching three innings of scoreless relief to go along with two strikeouts. With the win, Pacific moves to 7-6 on the season and 5-1 in the Northwest Conference. In the series between the two teams, Pacific has won six of the last seven contests.

Hood put up double-digit runs in the opener, then shutout the CCNY in game two to sweep the doubleheader 14-2 and 4-0. Hood stole a total of 18 bases between the two contests. Daniel Shepherd stole four, including three in the second game. Brad Sawyer swiped three total bases, taking a pair of bases in the first game. Trent Copenhaver and Dylan Beck had two hits apiece in the first game. Shepherd had two hits in the second game.

The Saint Vincent baseball team came back from a 6-run deficit to win the season opener, 10-9, over Northern Vermont University-Lyndon in a game held in Auburndale, Florida. A five-run 6th inning brought SVC back into the game, Ben Menarchek drove home the eventual game-winning run in the bottom of the 7th. Mark Locke earned the victory in relief, and Casey Jones came on to get the final out for save.

Aurora opened their 2020 trip to central Florida for the Russmatt Invitational and defeated Illinois College 12-2 in seven innings. Leading 11-2 going to the seventh, AJ Gill again led off with a double in the seventh, his team high third hit, and gave way a pinch runner. 

Elizabethtown opened its spring break trip, taking two from Wilkes, 12-1 and 5-4, in non-conference action. With the two wins, the Blue Jays improve to 3-1 on the season, while the Colonels fall to 0-3 overall. Senior Derek Manning finished the day with three doubles and three RBI, while classmate Mike Christy matched him in doubles with two RBI and three runs scored. Sophomore Tyler McGonigle racked up five hits with two RBI and a run scored and junior JT Thompson went 3-5 with three runs scored.

Wabash split a pair of games at the Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, Indiana. The Little Giants defeated the UW-Stevens Point 5-4 before suffering their first loss of the season in a 6-0 shutout by Baldwin Wallace. Jackson Blevins finished 4-of-5 at the plate in the game one win. Behind a dominant performance on the mound from senior right-hand pitcher Spencer Aukerman Balldwin Wallace took a victory from Wabash.

After scoring 21 runs against John Jay in game one, the New England College bats were held silent by Moravian in the second game, as NEC splits their first two games down in Myrtle Beach. The Pilgrims' bats came alive in the middle innings of game one, as the team scored 17 runs over the third, fourth, and fifth innings but were kept quiet with three hits in the nightcap loss.
