The Bears won 13-3 and 5-1. Seniors Mitch Brigando and Connor Pasetti both went the distance to remain perfect on the hill. Jim Kennedy, John Condon and Kevin Linitz all knocked three hits and drove in three runs over the twin bill.

Ursinus rode a pair of dominant pitching performances and plenty of offense to support it to a 6-2, 10-1 sweep of a doubleheader at Dickinson. Senior Seth Regensburg and junior Pierce Greenleaf were stellar on the mound, the former coming within one out of a complete-game shutout in a 10-1 opening victory before the latter conceded just one earned run of his own to fuel a 6-2 triumph in the nightcap. The sweep ended a lengthy stretch of futility in Carlisle for the Bears, who had lost six in a row and seven of eight at Dickinson coming into the day. Last year, the Red Devils outscored Ursinus by a combined 20-3 on the same field.

Junior right-hander Nick Iadevaio tossed six innings of scoreless relief in game two as the Lynx scored six unanswered runs to sweep 6-5, 5-1 Daniel Webster in NECC action. Linfield's Cal Neely and Matt Strang pitched eight scoreless innings, allowing the Wildcats to build a big lead en route to a 7-2 victory that secured a season sweep of Pacific Sunday afternoon at Chuck Bufaro Stadium. Linfield needed just two innings to come up with enough offense to defeat the Boxers. Three errors and a two-RBI single from Ryan Pladson helped the Wildcats jump to a 3-0 lead in the third inning.

Bates drew 24 walks over the course of two games on Sunday, defeating the Colby Mules by scores of 9-4 and 12-0 in a doubleheader sweep at Coombs Field. The Bobcats are off to their best start ever in NESCAC play since the league formally became a playing conference in 1999.

Gettysburg earned a doubleheader split in its Centennial Conference opener at Muhlenberg. The Bullets rallied for a 3-2 win in the opener behind a six-hit complete game from junior Brad DeMartino. Gettysburg came from behind again in the nightcap, cutting a five-run deficit down to one and putting the tying run on third in the ninth. But the Mules prevailed 6-5. Junior Chuck Probst hit safely in both games to extend his hitting streak to 26 games, which ties him for the fourth-longest in Centennial Conference history.

Mount Union rallied from a 6-1 deficit in game two to win 7-6 and sweep Heidelberg in an OAC doubleheader at 23rd Street Field. The Purple Raiders held on to win the opener 7-6 and have now won 10 of their last 11 games. On the day, junior centerfielder Billy Goodall and senior second baseman Nick Piotrowski each had four hits on the day while Goodall, senior left fielder Kyle Spellman and junior designated hitter Joey Keleman each drove in three runs.

Junior Pat Badia was masterful on the mound for Manhattanville, earning the 5-4 win in game one after tossing five innings, scattering four hits and allowing two runs while striking out three. It was all King's from the opening pitch in game two, as the Monarchs started the game with a double and followed it up with a homerun by Chris Rebar en route to an 11-1 win.

Wheaton (Mass.) took both games of a doubleheader from Southern Maine at Sidell Stadium. The Lyons came from six runs behind to win the opening game 8-6, and rallied from a three-run deficit to take the nightcap 5-3. The sweep extended the Lyons' winning streak to four games.

SUNY-Maritime registered two more conference wins on Sunday afternoon, sweeping a pair of games from the Merchant Marine Mariners by the score of 13-2 in game one and 6-5 in game two. Game one was dominated by the Privateers, which resulted in the team invoking the Skyline Conference mercy rule on the Mariners with a high-octane offensive assault after seven innings. Freshman Travis Bruinsma kept up his end of the bargain with a complete game win as he yielded just one earned run over seven innings of work. Game two was a back-and-forth affair between the two teams, but it was a Mariner misplay in the top of the sixth that ultimately gave the Privateers a win.
