April 10, 2024 Schroeder, Blake, Eilbacher honored with weekly NCBWA honors A two-grand slam week, a 17-strikeout outing, and a rookie on an offensive tear captured the week seven National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association NCAA Div. III weekly honors. This week’s selections were chosen based on performances for games played April 1-7.
February 15, 2024 Opening wins highlight mid-week action Dubuque, Fontbonne, Huntingdon, Moravian and Oglethorpe opened their seasons with a wins in mid-week action. Rhodes and Centenary met for the first time, splitting a two game set that saw Gents head coach earn win #300.
August 3, 2023 Spain hired at Dubuque Dubuque school officials announced Dan Spain as the 18th coach in school history of the Spartans baseball team. Spain most recently guided the Clarke University Pride since 2012. Spain was at Clarke University since 2012 where he established a foundation for one of the winningest programs in the Midwest.
June 29, 2023 Wyczawski retires from Dubuque Paul Wyczawski announced his retirement from a position he held since 2012. The University of Dubuque is grateful for his hard work and dedication to the University of Dubuque and in his commitment to UD's Spartan student-athletes.
February 27, 2023 Dubuque stays undefeated with Monday win Dubuque stayed unbeaten on Monday as they got win #4 against no losses. Franklin did the same and stands at 3-0 after their Spring Break win.
March 26, 2021 Sweeps Friday Luther was one of just a few teams that saw double wins on Friday. Across the Mississippi river to the east, No. 18 UW-Whitewater also earned two conference wins dominating Finlandia.
