Coe racked up a season-high 15 hits en route to a 14-5 victory over top-ranked Washington University. Despite scoring the opening two runs of the game, Coe trailed 3-2 in the fifth inning but a seven-run sixth put the Kohawks in position for the victory. With the win, Coe improves to 2-2 overall while WashU suffers its first loss of the year and falls to 7-1. Riley LeGrand led the offensive effort for Coe, going 5-of-6 from the plate with a double, a triple and four RBI while Jacob Henry collected two RBI and three hits. The No. 8 Birmingham-Southern split with Millsaps in a Southern Athletic Association doubleheader at Striplin Field. The Panthers fell in game one 6-2 before avenging in the loss with a blowout 12-2 win in game two of the doubleheader. Fritz Walker's grand slam in the third inning was all the Majors needed as Langston Haden and Ryan Erwin combined on a six-hitter as Millsaps opened SSA play with a win. The Panthers rebounded in game two, putting crooked numbers on the board in the first, second, and fourth innings. The Panther offense exploded in the fourth with six runs, giving them a big 10-run cushion. BSC ended the game with 16 hits.

Trevor Adkins threw seven shutout innings, masterfully picking up his second win of the season as Heidelberg defeated Swarthmore, 5-1, on a breezy Saturday. The offense, held in check by a plethora of Garnet pitchers, came alive late, scoring three in the eighth and two in the ninth. Keaton Mark and Marc Ochoa each had two hits on a day when hits were hard to come by. Kyle Jenkins registered his 100th career hit. Adkins (2-1) was the story of the game. For the second straight year, he kept a dangerous Garnet line up at bay. On Saturday, he threw seven innings, only allowing three hits. He fanned five and walked four.

Thanks to three runs in the top of the ninth and a pair of strikeouts in the home half of the inning, No. 19 Denison completed their comeback bid as they defeated Berry 10-9 at William R. Bowdoin Stadium in Mount Berry, Ga. The win moved the Big Red to 3-2 on the season while the hometown Vikings dropped to 9-5. Ty Robinson and Brin McAuliffe each posted a pair of two-hit outings for the Big Red while Danny Alvarez led the team with three runs batted in.

Senior right-hander Michael Zubovich fanned seven over 7.0 innings, and senior Ryan Duphorn scored the go-ahead run and set the program record with 162 career runs, as the seventh-ranked Randolph-Macon pulled out a 3-2 ODAC win over Guilford. In the RMC sixth, Duphorn drew a leadoff walk, stole second, moved to third on an errant throw by the catcher and scored on a groundout by senior Mike Nickles to give the Yellow Jackets a 2-1 edge and the record for Duphorn

Johns Hopkins picked up their fourth-straight victory on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Stevens Ducks by a final score of 7-0. Freshman Peter Schaefer earned his second career win, pitching five innings, allowing just two hits and striking out three. Cal Lutheran came from in both contests of Saturday's doubleheader against the University of Dallas, using late offensive surges and some solid performances out of the bullpen to come away with 10-3 and 7-5 victories. The Kingsmen (16-1, 8-1 SCIAC) tallied 27 hits over the two games, scoring 17 runs as the consistent CLU offense made up for some sloppy defensive play. Ryan Probst enjoyed a solid day at the plate, going 4-for-9 with five RBI over the two contests. Tanner Wright held down the leadoff spot with his 4-for-7 day, racking up three RBI and three RBI.

No. 22 Shenandoah ushered in its 2020 ODAC slate Saturday by sweeping a doubleheader from Emory & Henry. Shenandoah (9-1, 2-0 ODAC) downed the Wasps (5-8, 0-2) by 15-0 and 7-2 scores. A five-run first proved to be all that sophomore Carson Kulina (1-0) would need in the shutout victory. Kulina struck out six and scattered just two hits in 6.0 innings of work before turning it over to Reeves Lowry to start the seventh. E&H took the early lead with two runs on two hits and one SU error in the second, but the Hornets settled in and knotted the game with two runs in the fourth. SU took the lead for good in the fifth with three runs on four hits and one Wasps error. Thompson had what proved to be the game-winning RBI with a bases loaded single through the left side that brought Blaine Hansen in from third.

No. 12 Rhodes was able to sweep their doubleheader against conference foe Hendrix. The Lynx took game one 9-1 and game two 4-3. Another strong starting pitching performance from Jacob Dubs and an explosive offensive day for Rhodes helped them to their game one victory. Dubs tossed five impressive innings, while holding the Warriors to zero hits, a lone run, and seven strikeouts as Dubs claimed his third win of the season. Game two was decided by an impressive comeback from the Lynx. The game went into extra innings before the Warriors were able to take a two-run (3-1) lead in the top of the ninth, but the Lynx still had three outs to make something happen. Wood Kimbrough led off the bottom of the ninth with a double down the right field line. McNair followed with a single to left field to bring the winning run to the plate. Penna stepped up as a hero when he smacked a walk-off big fly to left field to bring home three runs to make the Lynx 4-3 victors.
