UW-La Crosse earned a doubleheader sweep at UW-Stout Tuesday afternoon at Nelson Field and set an unofficial record. The Eagles won the opener, 3-2 in 17 innings, and the nightcap, 8-3 in five innings. The second game was called after five innings due to rain. In the opener, Brad

Rindfleisch pitched nine innings of no-hit ball in the middle innings as the Eagles marched him goose egg for goose egg. The difference in game length between the first and second game of the doubleheader was an unoffical record of 12 innings

Dakota Skinner drove a ball into right centerfield to score John Rizzo as Keuka won on a walkoff for the fifth time this season, defeating Lancaster Bible 5-4 in the First Round of the NEAC Baseball Tournament at Kuhl Field. Keuka (19-15) advances to the Final Four of the North Eastern Athletic Conference Tournament. They will face tournament hosts and top-seeded Penn St.-Berks to kick off the double elimination tournament on Friday. Dakota Skinner led the Wolves with three hits on the day. The senior scored a run and drove in a pair as well. John Rizzo doubled in the game for Keuka and walked three times. Rizzo scored a pair of runs for Keuka.

No. 1 UW-Whitewater defeated Concordia (Wis.), 7-0, in a non-conference match-up in Mequon, Wis. The Warhawks (28-5) out-hit Concordia, 12-3, and posted their seventh shutout of the season. Freshman pitcher Matt O'Sullivan tossed the first five innings and improved his season record to 3-0, while posting five strikeouts. Freshman pitcher Westin Muir pitched the next three innings and collected six strikeouts and sophomore pitcher Riley Gruetzmacher closed out the game. Freshman right fielder Alex Doud registered three hits and three runs batted-in, junior left fielder Matt Wary posted two hits and two RBI and junior designated hitter Cal Aldridge collected two hits, three runs and an RBI.

SUNY Poly jumped out to an early lead and both sides took turns racking up the runs through the middle innings with the Wildcats leading 8-7 at the end of the eighth. SUNY Poly plated four runs in the top of the ninth but Penn State Abington answered right back with five runs to send the game to extra innings. The Nittany Lions secured their spot in the NEAC final four on Julio Airawalk-off home run in the bottom of the 10^th inning. Four Abington players drove in a pair of runs, including Austin Mikula who went 3-for-3 with two runs scored. SUNY Poly’s Dalton Earl and Michael Losco each finished the day with four hits while Earl also had four RBIs and three runs scored. Zach Brightbill tossed the final 2 2/3 innings for the Nittany Lions to earn the win. Penn State Abington improves to 24-11 overall while SUNY Poly ends the year at 12-18.
