| Transylvania moved to 3–0 on the season with a 4–0 win over Maryville on Sunday, using strong pitching and late scoring to close out a dominant weekend. Nathan Hale started the game with six shutout innings, working around seven hits while stranding runners in every frame. Millikin closed out the weekend on a high note with a 7–4 victory over Benedictine in the final game of the series. The Big Blue struck first in the bottom of the third inning when Kameron Ross crossed the plate on a sacrifice fly from Pete Britton to give Millikin an early 1–0 lead. Benedictine answered in the top of the fifth with a run of their own. Millikin exploded for five runs in the fifth to take control of the game and build a 6–1 advantage. The Big Blue added another insurance run in the seventh when Ross singled to right field, bringing home Kolby Kosloski to make it 7–1. Benedictine attempted a late rally in the top of the eighth, scoring three runs, but that would be all as Millikin secured the 7–4 win.
Emory won its third consecutive game on Sunday as the Eagles defeated Spalding, 9-2, in Montgomery, Alabama. After seeing their rematch get rained out on Saturday, the two teams returned to the field Sunday morning on the campus of Huntingdon College and Emory was able to best the Golden Eagles once more behind a standout pitching effort from senior Adam Geller. Geller collected his first win of the 2026 season as he worked six strong innings, allowed just one run on five hits and one walk while striking out seven. He was aided by another strong offensive output from the Emory bats with the Eagles posting nine runs on 13 hits. Junior Aidan Conley and freshman Dalton Needle collected six of the team's base hits with a pair of three-hit performances. The duo along with freshman Mario Borges each drove in two runs to highlight the scoring.
The Kenyon Owls closed out a perfect weekend in dominant fashion Sunday afternoon, erupting for 22 runs in a 22-3 victory over Johnson & Wales University Charlotte at CaroMont Health Park. With the win, Kenyon completed the three-game sweep and improved to 3-0 to start the 2026 campaign, while the Wildcats slipped to 0-6. Kenyon wasted little time seizing control, staking the Owls to a 4-0 lead before Johnson & Wales came to bat. The Owls kept their foot on the gas in the second pushing its advantage to 10-0. In the sixth, Kenyon capitalized on defensive miscues, plating three runs to stretch the lead to 17-3. The seventh inning was ultimately the exclamation point as the five-run inning pushed the tally to 22-3. From there, Kenyon's pitching staff closed the door. The Owls allowed just one baserunner over the final two innings, sealing the 19-run victory and completing a statement weekend in North Carolina.
Washington wrapped up their opening weekend of the season in style with a 10-0 run-rule win in seven innings over the No. 15 Webster Gorloks at the USA Stadium Complex. The zero runs given up marked the first time since WashU won 3-0 during the 2009 season that the Bears did not allow Webster to score a run in a game. The Bears finished with seven players with multiple hits as the team ended with 16 total hits. Shane Pellegrino led the way, going two-for-three at the plate with a pair of doubles, two runs scored, and an RBI. Graduate Chase Brickley earned his first win of the season, pitching the first 6.0 innings while collecting seven strikeouts and allowing just two hits.
After dropping its first two games of its weekend road trip to Memphis, Tennessee, Franklin was not about to come home empty-handed. Nolan McLane's single up the middle in the bottom of the ninth plated Jaxon Henke and Drew Helton with the tying and winning runs, allowing the Grizzlies to walk off a thrilling 13-12 triumph over Concordia Chicago in their final game at the Rhodes Classic. The Grizzlies looked to be in good shape after a three-run seventh, but Concordia stormed back with six runs in the top of the ninth to put the pressure back on the Franklin bats. They came through. With one out, Garrett DeHart singled to left and Brady Redmon walked before giving way to pinch runner Henke. Helton then brought DeHart home with a base hit to right. After an error loaded the bases, Nolan McLane came through with the game-winner, with Helton sliding in just ahead of the throw to send the Grizzlies streaming onto the field in celebration.
Roanoke completed the weekend sweep of Alfred State as they earned another pair of wins, 4-1 and 9-7, on Sunday. Roanoke opened the game with a pair of runs in the bottom of the first on a Michael Hetzel double. The Pioneers cut the lead in half in the second, but RC added a run in both the third and fifth innings to get the win. Riley Fitzgerald got his first win as a Maroon, going five innings and striking out four. In the most back and forth game of the weekend, Alfred State started off the scoring with a pair of tallies in the first before RC answered right back in the second. The teams continued to exchange runs until the sixth inning when the Maroons put up three runs to gain the upper hand for good. Freshman Will Emerson earned his first career win after pitching two innings of one run ball to close out the game. He also recorded his first career strikeout in the outing. Junior Palmer Griffin also put in a solid outing on the mound, striking out three in 1.2 innings and not allowing a run.

Whitman saved its biggest swings for the finale of its Southern California trip, unloading a pair of grand slams in a 14–8 win at Pomona-Pitzer on Sunday morning. Down one run after the first, the Blues blew the game open with a third-inning slam from third baseman Jonah Chang, who turned a two-out, bases-loaded situation into a 4–1 Whitman lead with one swing. Chang finished 2-for-6 with four RBI and also added an RBI single in the fifth as part of a relentless day from the middle of the order. Landon Runyan matched Chang's fireworks two innings later, crushing a grand slam of his own in the fifth to cap a seven-run frame that pushed the advantage to 11–2. Runyan went 2-for-4 with five RBI, two walks and two runs scored, reaching base four times and spearheading an offense that pounded out 14 hits and drew 10 walks. On the mound, starter Jack Finn was steady over five innings, allowing just three hits and two runs while striking out six to earn the win and even his record at 1–1. Whitman's bullpen bent but held the line as Pomona-Pitzer tried to claw back with three runs in the eighth and another in the ninth before the Blues closed out the victory
Josh Jacobs and Rider Gordon each hit grand slams in an 11-run first inning, and Jacobs added a two-run shot as part of a 4-for-4, two-homer game, as No. 12 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps defeated Occidental 16-0 in the rubber game of a three-game series on Sunday at Anderson Park. The Stags left little doubt about the outcome after an 11-run first inning that saw 15 batters come to plate. Josh Jacobs finished with a 4-3-4-6 line with his two homers, while Jett Shue was 3-for-4 with three runs scored, and Rider Gordon ended 2-for-4 with five RBI. Dominic Rolla went 3.2 innings to get the win, before being removed after a pre-determined pitch count, and Tegin Maloney threw two innings of perfect relief, before Jacob Young finished off the combined shutout in the seventh.
Berry finished up its three game set in the D3 showcase Sunday, playing an early morning game against Susquehanna. The Vikings were able to sweep the weekend again and move to 6-0 on the season with a 12-0 win over Susquehanna. Eric Fountain was called on to toe the rubber for the Vikings with a 3-0 lead. Fountain was able to set the River Hawks down in order for a clean first inning of work. Riley Uhls then added on with an opposite field three-run home run in the second inning to blow the game open to a 6-0 lead. Fountain was able to put together five scoreless innings in an impressive start from the young freshman. Cam Welsh followed him as the first pitcher out of the bullpen, striking out the side in his first inning of work. A wild pitch and a two-run single from Jacob Bridges gave Berry a 12-0 lead for the bottom of the seventh. Welsh was able to shut the door on Susquehanna in the 7th and end the game in a run rule.
Opening weekend is complete for Saint Mary's (Minn.) (2-1) after securing the series sweep in warmer weather 2-1 over Luther College (1-2) with a 6-5 triumph. In the rubbermatch of the three-game opening series against Luther on Sunday, the Cardinals laid it all on the line to secure the win. Right-hander Eric Stomberg took the hill for the final game of the series, producing four quality innings of work, tallying zero runs, two hits, and two strikeouts. He was later relieved by righty Carlson and senior Eric Charest, who combined for five innings of pitching that ultimately finished the game. The Cardinals put the foot on the gas early, scoring four runs in the second inning. The Cardinals put pressure on the Norse early, taking a 4-0 lead after two innings of play and a 6-0 lead after the sixth. Luther did not quit, however, scoring five runs across the seventh and eighth innings to make things interesting. Veteran Charest was able to slam the door on Luther's comeback by completing an eight out save, ending the game 6-5 and capping the series victory in Arizona.
In a game that featured 44 hits and 37 runs, Washington and Lee staved off a late rally by Piedmont to secure a 19-18 win at the D3 Showcase. The Generals (2-3) wasted no time, plating three runs in the top of the 1st. The Lions made it interesting in the bottom half of the fifth as they plated seven runs on six hits to make it a 12-9 game. Piedmont made it a six-run ballgame heading into the final inning of play. After the Generals went scoreless for the first time all game, the Lions clawed their way back within one. With the tying run on second and two outs, Brody Pasieka struck out Few to secure the one-run win for the Blue and White. The Generals secured their second win of the season and their second victory in three days over the Lions.
Greensboro (5-1) defeated Averett (2-3) 13-11 in a back-and-forth affair on Sunday to improve to 5-1 on the season. Greensboro jumped out to an early 3-0 lead thanks to back-to-back home runs from Carson Herod and Brayden Sands. Averett took the lead 8-4 in the 4th inning after a 6-run inning. Greensboro would respond with a big inning of their own, thanks to doubles from Jacob Severson and Trevor Testerman. Alex Vazquez would cap off the inning with a 2-run homerun to give Greensboro an 11-9 lead. Greensboro would retain the lead the rest of the game before eventually winning 13-11. Austin Federspiel got the start on the mound for Greensboro. Matthew Nelson, Jason Kithcart Jr, and Garrett Brust would come out of the pen with Nelson getting the win after his 3 innings in relief. Trevor Testerman finished the day with 3 hits and 3 RBI's. Brayden Sands, Carson Herod, and Alex Vazquez would each record 2 hits and a home run.
LaGrange swept their two games against visiting #2 Endicott (7-4) and the Mississippi University for Women (15-9) in non-conference action on Sunday at Cleaveland Field in Williamson Stadium in the final day of the LaGrange Classic. The doubleheader victory was highlighted by graduate outfielder Jorge Fragoso picking up his career-100th RBI. Junior outfielder Ben Hollenbeck added another insurance run in the seventh inning as LaGrange enjoyed a 6-1 lead over Endicott with just six outs standing between them and the major upset. The Gulls began to rally in the top of the eighth as they plated three runs to bring the contest at 7-4 in favor of the Red and Black. Fortunately for the Panthers, a clutch run from freshman Collin McGhee and shutdown pitching from senior Eli Folds insured that they would tab their first win over a ranked opponent in the 2026 campaign. Freshman pitcher Beau Collier was credited with the win in the four-strikeout performance to improve his record to 2-0 on the season. MUW opened the offensive showcase with a solo homer by senior Matthew Windham to put the Owls up 1-0. Both teams continued to trade blows as LC held a 7-4 lead with three innings left to play. JJ Fragoso laid down his career-100th RBI in the top of the seventh inning to put LaGrange up 8-5. Two more Panthers would score before Jones rifled another double to extend the Panther lead to 12-5 after seven. The Owls attempted to rally, bringing home five runs in the eighth, but could not keep pace with the Red and Black.
Linfield (5-2) battled back to split the four-game series at No. 16 La Verne (2-3), scoring four runs in the eleventh inning to win the series finale, 9-5. In the eighth inning, the 'Cats bats came alive again, with Cole Snidow reaching on a leadoff walk, later scoring on a wild pitch. With two outs, Nick Holm singled through the right side to tie the game up, 5-5. Zack Hampson pitched the rest of the game on the mound, allowing three hits over 2.2 innings to send the game to extras. In the top of the 11th, Rylan Gulard hit a one-out single and Kister was hit by a pitch. The two 'Cats scored on a Hurley double to right center. Snidow followed suit with a double of his own to score Hurley. With the bases loaded, Bui drove in an insurance run to put the 'Cats up 9-5 heading into the home half. Hampson escaped two singles to begin the inning, sitting down the next three batters in a row to earn his second win of the early season. "The guys showed a ton of grit this weekend after some ups and downs," said head coach Jordan Harlow. "We had multiple contributors in many different areas this weekend, which is a positive for us."
Mary Hardin-Baylor defeated Southwestern 6-3 Sunday afternoon. This win improves the Cru's record to 7-3 on the season, while the Pirates fall to 0-3. The Cru opened with an early 2-0 lead courtesy of a Riley Bender double to get the streak started. Taylor McDaniel drew a walk before Nolan Williams hit a two-RBI double to bring Bender and McDaniel home. UMHB added three more runs in the third inning on RBI singles from Williams and JC Hughes, making it a 5-0 game. The fifth inning opened with three straight hits from the Cru. Bender started it off with a double, followed by McDaniel with a single. Williams rounded it out with an RBI double down the left field line to score Bender, extending the Cru's margin to 6-0. The Pirates earned one back in the seventh, along with two more in the bottom of the ninth to cut UMHB's lead in half, but the Cru was able to seal the 6-3 victory.
