Case Western Reserve University wrapped up its third-straight University Athletic Association series win with a 12-5 triumph over New York University at Nobby's Ballpark in Cleveland, Ohio on Sunday afternoon. CWRU took three of the four games in the series and improved to 9-3 in UAA play this season and to 18-15 overall. The Spartans will enter the final weekend of UAA play this season with a one-game lead over Emory in the race for the conference title.

Wesleyan (Conn.) split in their doubleheader with Hamilton this weekend dropping game one 5-4 (7 innings), before coming back and defeating the Continentals 6-3 in game two this Sunday. Game two was played on Sunday, where the Cardinals would jump out again to a 1st inning lead. This time they would hold the lead the rest of the way to pick up the victory 6-3. Wesleyan moves to 15-10 (6-3 NESCAC), while Hamilton moves to 13-12 (5-3 NESCAC). Adam Geibel (1-for-4, 2 RBI) went for 7 total RBIs in the three games against Hamilton this weekend and Luke LaSaracina (2-for-4, 1 run) was the only Cardinal with multiple hits today. Scott Shield '22 was stellar in relief (6 IP, 0 ER, 1 H, 3 K's).

Brandeis University earned their first University Athletic Association series win of the season today as the Judges defeated visiting Washington University, 10-4, on Stein Diamond. With the win, the Judges take the series, 3-1, and improve to 16-8 overall, 6-6 in the UAA. The Bears fall to 10-18, 2-10 UAA. In all, the Judges pounded out 16 hits, with every starter getting at least one and seven different players getting two. On the mound, sophomore Sean Decker-Jacoby earned the win, going 5.1 innings and allowing three earned runs on five hits and two walks. He struck out four and improved to 2-1 on the season. Junior Jakob Newman was fantastic over the final three frames, allowing two hits, a walk and a hit batter, striking out two, to earn his third save of the campaign. Newman has allowed just two earned runs in 19.0 innings to lower his ERA to a team-leading 0.95. Two of his three saves have been of the three-inning variety.

Thomas split their Easter doubleheader with University of Maine at Presque Isle, winning in game one with their bats, 11-6, and falling in a pitchers battle in game two, 1-0. Devon Grindle led Thomas' offensive efforts with three hits and three RBIs. Aaron Young contributed three hits and two RBIs while Ryan Kappleman had three hits and one RBI. Tommy Smith got the win for the Terriers going 5 1/3 innings, allowing four runs on six hits, and striking out three. Bailey Corley and Tyler Cantey were locked into a pitchers duel. Cantey was lifter after allowing a Joey Lippo RBI. Corley remained in commmand with the seven inning shutout. He allowed five hits and three walks in his first win of the year.

Northern Vermont University-Lyndon came from behind to down the University of Maine at Farmington 6-3 in the opening game of Sunday's North Atlantic Conference doubleheader, then outslugged the hosts in the nightcap, 23-14. With the sweep, the Hornets improve to 7-16 overall and 3-1 in NAC play. The Beavers fall to 4-17 on the season and 2-4 in conference. In game one, Riley Bartell hit a home run leading off the bottom of the fifth inning to put UMF in front, 3-2. However, the Hornets played long ball themselves in the top of the sixth to retake the lead. TJ Santaw led off with a base hit, then Skyler Bushey homered over the right field fence to make it 4-3, Lyndon. After Jordan Cane walked, Tyler Murro hit a two-out, two-run shot to extend the Lyndon lead to 6-3. Both teams broke out the heavy lumber in the nightcap. Lyndon seemingly broke the game open in the top of the fourth inning but UMF came right back for a big inni9ng of their own. The Hornets erupted in the top of the sixth inning fora 19-6 lead. UMF loaded the bases with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning. Bartell then delivered a two-run single, but it was far too little, too late.

Middlebury (15-7, 4-1) took both ends of a home doubleheader over Williams (7-13, 1-5) on Sunday, giving the Panthers a three-game sweep in their NESCAC West series. Middlebury started the day with a come-from-behind 8-7 victory in seven innings, followed by an 8-5 triumph in the nightcap. The two wins extended the Panther winning streak to eight games. Middlebury returns to the field on Wednesday with a 4:00 p.m. contest at Castleton. After retiring Williams in order in the top of the sixth in game one, Middlebury put together a two-out rally in the bottom of the inning for the lead. Middlebury relief pitcher George Goldstein worked around a one-out single in the top of the seventh to earn his first save this spring. Goldstein has seven career saves, putting him in second place in the program's record books. In the nightcap Middlebury made it 5-2 in the fourth when Sawyer Duarte doubled down the left-field line, advanced on a groundout and scored when he stole home. Williams pulled to within four (7-3) in the eighth on an RBI single by Daniel Lynch but could not regain the lead.
