The Wittenberg Tigers slugged it out with No. 4 LaGrange to opener up their Spring Break trip, defeating the Panthers, 10-9. With 11 hits and overcoming six errors on the afternoon, Wittenberg held LaGrange scoreless in four innings, including the bottom of the ninth. LaGrange sscored with three runs in the bottom of the eighth to bring the game back to 9-9. Luke Thomas doubled to center bringing home Maxwell Monachino for the 10th and eventual winning Tiger run in the top of the ninth. After getting the final out of the eighth, Nick Cunningham posted the final three outs in the ninth to secure the victory for the Tigers. Cunningham allowed just one hit with two strikeouts. Michael Osmond took the ball to start the game for the Tigers. Osmond went four innings, five hits, and two strikeouts with no earned runs. Charlie Schafer allowed two hits in two innings of work with three strikeouts.

In the final game of the three-game road trip to Sauget, UW-Oshkosh beat Webster for the second time in three days at GCS Credit Union Ballpark. Heading into the final inning, down 4-3, UWO scored twice with two outs to reagin the lead. The Gorloks got two on base in their part of the ninth, but couldn't score any, ending the game with a 5-4 Oshkosh win. Connor Brinkman (2-0, 1.59 ERA) earned the win with 9.0 innings pitched, giving up four runs (three earned) on nine hits and two walks with two strikeouts.

No. 5 Baldwin Wallace held off a late inning rally from Saint John's (Minn.) to pick up a 7-6 victory in the Snowbird Classic at Centennial Park. BW (8-2) was led by sophomore utility Joey Marousek who went 1-3 scoring two runs and driving in two RBIs. Sophomore Sean Kolenich went 2-4 scoring a run and also drove in two RBIs. Freshman right-handed pitcher Carson Collins got the final four outs of the game recording a save in his first collegiate pitching. Collins struck out one while giving up no hits and not walking any batters.

Ramapo posted a comeback win over Farmingdale State on the road, 18-9. The Roadrunners improve to 2-1 overall while the Rams fall to 1-2 on the year. Ramapo took a quick 3-0 lead but the Rams would score seven runs over the next three innings to take a 9-4 lead after five complete innings. Ramapo broke out in the seventh as they scored nine runs on six hits to take a 13-9 lead. The inning was highlighted by a triple from Tyler Guadagno which plated two runs. The Roadrunners added five more runs in the top of the eighth. Will Kennedy (1-0) earned the win in relief as he struck out four and let up just one hit in three innings of work. Will Paoli pitched the ninth and recorded three strikeouts. Ramapo recorded 14 hits in the game including four extra base hits.

Senior shortstop Cavan Brady hit a grand slam and knocked in a career-high five runs to lead a 15-run, 15-hit attack in a 15-6 victory for the Wheaton (Mass.) over Nichols this afternoon at the New England Baseball Complex in Northborough, Mass. Wheaton scored all of its runs in a matter of four innings. Both teams combined to fan 27 batters, including 14 for Lyon pitching and 13 for the Nichols staff. Brady's grand slam came in the bottom of the sixth inning to break open the game for Wheaton. He also doubled, walked and scored a pair of runs. Senior catcher Robert Wirtanen (Bedford, N.H.) was 4-5 with a double and a walk and scored three times, while driving in a run for Wheaton.

On a cold, windy day at the harbor campus, UMass Boston's bats came out in full force against Framingham State at Monan Park, manufacturing a 13-hit performance en route to their dominant 7-1 win over the Rams on Monday afternoon. A scoreless first inning gave way to UMass Boston taking the lead in the second with a three-run third inning extended the Beacon lead to four runs. Gianni Zarrilli Jr's one-out double with Aiden Blake on first base would score the seventh and final run of the afternoon for the Beacons who earned their second win of the season, 7-1, over Framingham State University who scratched a run across the plate in the ninth inning on an RBI single by sophomore outfielder Lucas Basile. Sophomore pitcher Ross Dexter earned his first win of the season going five strong innings, allowing no runs on threes hits while striking out five and walking two.

Manhattanville opened up a new week with a win on Monday afternoon as the Valiants defeated Bridgewater State 8-4. The Valiants improve to 3-1 at The Ripken Experience to open up the season with one game remaining in South Carolina. Bridgewater State took a lead in the fifth and seventh innings, but Manhattanville responded to both deficits in the bottom half of the frame to go back in front, ultimately plating five runs in the final two innings to secure the victory. Brian Bornkamp went 3-for-4 at the plate, legging out a double and stealing a base while scoring a pair of runs. Tyler Mandel delivered one of the biggest hits of the contest, a two-run double in the seventh that put the Valiants back in front for good.

RPI scored six runs in the sixth inning for the second straight game as the Engineers defeated the Gwynedd Mercy Griffins by a final score of 13-0 in seven innings. With the win, the Engineers improve to 2-1-1 on the season. It was all Engineers from start to finish, as RPI scored at least one run over the first four innings of play. Cole Paquin reached base five times with four walks and a hit by pitch, scoring twice. Parker Gelfuso and Aiden Hicks also scored twice on the afternoon. On the hill, Thomas Neuman threw five innings of shutout ball with eight strikeouts before giving way to Jack Ellis and Austin Walsh to close down the sixth and seventh innings.

Mount Union split its doubleheader on Monday during its Florida trip. The Purple Raiders won, 14-4, over Penn State Abington in game one and lost, 8-1, to Aurora in game two. Down 3-2 going into the bottom of the fourth inning in game one, Mount Union (7-1) scored three runs to takes its first lead of the game and led the rest of the way including scoring eight runs in the eighth to enforce the 10-run rule. Four Raiders had two RBIs each: junior Andrew Witte, senior Zack Mazza, senior Eric Schilling, and sophomore Alex Stegman. Mazza's two-run single in the fourth put the Raiders in front, 5-3. First-year Leo Fornara earned his second win of the season, after throwing seven innings with a career-high 11 strikeouts. In game two, Mount cut Aurora's lead in half and was only down 2-1 going into the bottom of the sixth. Aurora pulled away with four runs in the bottom of the sixth and two in the eighth.

UMass Dartmouth put up 12 runs over four innings enroute to a 14-1 victory over Fitchburg State in spring break action at the RussMatt Invitational on Monday afternoon. The victory moves the Corsairs to 3-0 on the season, while the Falcons shoulder their first loss of the young season and are now 4-1. The Corsairs continued to dominate with the bat on their shoulders, unleashing its offensive firepower once more in the top of the eighth inning with a five-run frame. The Corsairs defense proved stellar, holding Fitchburg State to just one run on nine hits. Leading the effort was junior righthander Will Pacheco, who went 7.0 innings. Facing 24 batters, he held the Falcons to just seven hits and one run, striking out three with three walks on the afternoon. Junior righty Chase Carey came on for the final inning of relief, allowing no runs and just two hits with two strikeouts.

Gettysburg scored five in the bottom of the second, and tacked on four more in the next two innings to key the win over Penn State Behrend, 12-3. Nathan Masteralexis made his first mound appearance of the season and tallied 7 K's in 5.0 innings, allowing no runs in his innings pitched. Matthew Peipher went 2-3 at the plate, tallying a home run and two RBIs. Tristan Neels hit 3-4, with one run, two RBIs, and two doubles.

Wells hosted the SUNY Poly Wildcats again for another non-conference game Monday afternoon and defeated the Wildcats 6-3. Jonathan Haines was back on the mound for the Express. After giving up a few hits and one run in the first inning, Haines settled in to go six complete innings giving up three runs on four hits while striking out seven. Ryan Wiser game in relief throwing two scoreless innings and only allowing one hit. Mike Nascimento would close it out and get his first Collegiate save.

Husson won their first regional game of the season as they defeated Gordon, 13-3 in seven innings, on Monday evening at Northeast Regional Park at the RussMatt Invitational. It took just four batters for the Eagles (2-2) to take the lead as they took advantage of three walks and a hit by pitch in the inning. With the bases loaded and one out in the top of the sixth; the Eagles continued to pile on the runs. Tanner Evans finished the day with four RBI on two hits while Kobe Rogerson went 3-for-3 on the night. Sophomore Ryne Rametta made his first collegiate start and the right hander threw five innings and allowed three runs on three hits as he struck out three. Freshman Tanner Audyatis, made his first collegiate appearance in relief and the Massachusetts native went the final two innings as he struck out four and gave up two hits.

Powered by the long ball and dominate starting pitching, Nebraska Wesleyan defeated Redlands on Monday afternoon, 6-5. The Prairie Wolves' offensive onslaught ended in the fourth and fifth inning with two solo shots over the wall by Kaleb Knox and Jason English, 6-0. Tyson Romero was magnificent for Coach Ignatowski in Monday's contest. Romero pitched five and two-third innings, giving up just two runs on five hits. Noah Wing sealed the deal as the Bulldogs tried to make a late comeback, picking up his third save of the year, 6-5. "Every time Tyson Romero toes the rubber he gives us a chance to with the game. He was great again today. Noah wing got back on track and shut the door for the final four outs", said NWU head coach Eric Ignatowski.

Puget Sound's historic weekend concluded Monday with a Northwest Conference series sweep over Linfield. The series began Sunday with Dylan Joyce becoming Puget Sound's all-time leader for home runs. A lack of daylight didn't slow down the Loggers as Puget Sound won the second game of the series, 7-6. The game began Sunday, was suspended at the end of the seventh inning due to darkness, and concluded Monday. The game resumed in the eighth inning Monday. With the score still tied in the home half of the frame, Davis Franklin drew a walk and moved into scoring position on a groundout by Gabe Huante. Cooper Allen then stepped in as a pinch hitter, and he ripped a go-ahead single to centerfield. Dylan Joyce pitched the final two innings of the game to get his first win of the season. Peter Fagan tossed 2.2 shutout innings out of the bullpen. Cal Johnson and Joe Schwab were sharp out of the bullpen as the Loggers closed out the series with a 3-2 win Monday. Johnson allowed just one hit in three shutout innings, and Joe Schwab locked down his first save of the season.

Western New England won their first game of the season on Monday afternoon, defeating cross-town rival Springfield 7-3 behind a three RBI triple from Sean Jamieson. Cody Waterbury collected three hits for the Golden Bears on four plate attempts grabbing one RBI. Jamieson's two out, three RBI triple would give WNE the three-run lead, breaking a four-inning tie, sending WNE to victory. WNE scored seven runs on ten hits while Springfield College collected three runs on seven hits while committing two errors. Western New England RHP Jared Kuryan would shut the door on the Pride in the final two innings, giving up just one hit while striking out two to put the first win up on the board for the Golden Bears on the season.

WPI split a pair of games against Wentworth at the RussMatt Invitational on Monday. The Engineers (1-3) won the opener 4-2 to give Head Coach Brendan Casey his first career win at WPI. In the nightcap, the Leopards posted a 5-1 win to finish the split and hand skipper Justin Kelley his first career victory as well. WPI's Joe Salvon went 3-for-3 in game one, driving in two runs, while Andrew Gray got the win, throwing four innings, and allowing eight hits with five strikeouts. Noah Pins threw a scoreless seventh inning to earn the save. For the Leopards, Matt Rice went 3-for-4. Wentworth's Brady Aubuchon got the win in game two, throwing four innings, and allowing just one run on two hits with a pair of strikeouts. At the plate for the Leopards, Brandon Sullivan drove in two runs, while Jeffrey Brennan had two hits and an RBI for WPI.

William Peace picked up their 4th win in a row as they defeated Dean College by a score of 14-6. Cameron Barefoot would get the Pacers going in the bottom of the 2nd with a double to score Cameron Butler for a 1-0 lead. A single from Griffin Sandstrum and a double from Cole Robbins in the bottom of the 3rd would put the Pacers up 5-0. A double from Patrick Rogan in the 4th would further the lead to 7-0. Dean would rally in the 5th and 6th innings on a few singles and an error to cut the score to 7-4. The Pacers would have a huge 6th inning to go up 12-4. A sacrifice fly from Kemp would increase the lead to 14-4. At the top of the 9th, Dean would add two runs on two doubles, but the Pacers would hold them to a score of 14-6.

Marian (2-2) defeated Medaille 17-1 in seven innings and Illinois College 11-5. Marian scored in the first inning for a third straight game and put up 10 runs in the fourth inning to pull away from Medaille. The Sabres faced an early deficit against IC but another big inning in the fifth allowed Marian to rally. Illinois College led 5-2 and Jonah Landowski opened the fifth inning with his second home run to spark plug a seven-run inning to put Marian ahead 9-5. The Marian bullpen didn't allow a hit in the final four innings to seal the win and the top six hitters in the lineup had multiple hits for the game.

Martin Luther wrapped up their 8 game spring break trip in Florida with a doubleheader against Cazenovia College. MLC would split the final two games, as they lost to the Wildcats 5-4 in the first matchup. However, the Knights bounced back with an all around team performance with a commanding 9-1 victory in the second game. In the opener, MLC jumped out to an early 3-0 lead after 3 innings of play but Cazenovia got the bats going with a 4-run inning. The rally was started by multiple MLC errors and a couple of singles from Cazenovia. The Wildcats would then win the game off of a walk-off RBI single from Zach Rainville in the bottom of the seventh inning. Cazenovia started the game 2 with a run in the top of the first inning. MLC would fight right back with more offense when they scored 4 runs in the bottom of the first inning. The inning was highlighted by a Mason Cox single that drove in 2 runs and a Rodriguez 2-run homer. MLC would add to their 4-1 lead and score 5 unanswered runs to defeat the Wildcats 9-1.

Brevard (10-5) split a nine-inning doubleheader with Berea (3-8) on Sunday afternoon in Berea, Kentucky. The Tornados surged late offensively in game one of the twin bill, scoring six runs in the game's last three innings to wrap up an 11-2 win. Brevard found themselves on the wrong side of a comeback attempt in the series finale, as Berea used a four-run seventh inning to propel itself to an 8-5 victory to salvage a game in the three-game set. Junior outfielder Logan Clark led the Tornados in game one with a 3-for-4 performance at the plate with a triple, two runs scored, an RBI and two stolen bases. Luke Morton and Baylor Wyatt also turned in multi-hit performances as the Tornados racked up 11 runs on 11 hits. Freshman left-handed pitcher Connor Crosby (4-0) turned in yet another gem of a performance on the mound to remain undefeated in his collegiate career. The Tampa, Florida native chucked seven innings of one-run ball while striking out five batters. Berea had four hitters log two hits apiece in game two, while Marcelo Manrique and Ricardo Serra each drove in three runs apiece. Jayden Junta (2-0) earned the win on the mound giving up four runs on 10 hits in seven innings of work.
