Moosic, Pa. – Keystone College used a five-run seventh inning to overcome a four-run deficit to claim its ninth straight Colonial States Athletic Conference baseball title on Sunday afternoon with a  6-5 victory over Immaculata University in a winner-take-all championship game at PNC Field.  
 
The Giants (31-13) advance to the NCAA Regional Tournament for the 10^th straight season after capturing their 13^th consecutive overall conference crown.    
 
The Mighty Macs (26-12) forced Sunday's second game by staving off elimination for the third straight game and snapping Keystone's 26-game CSAC playoff winning streak with a 13-2 win in Sunday's first game and held a 5-1 lead entering the bottom of the seventh inning in Sunday's final game before Keystone rallied for the win in a thrilling championship contest.
 
Keystone shortstop Chris Panzarella (Hazle Township, Pa./Hazleton Area) was named the CSAC Championship MVP after batting .571 with eight hits, eight RBI, and four runs scored in the Giants' four-game run to the championship.      
 
Game 1
 
Immaculata (26-11) took a 3-0 lead in the top of the second inning of Saturday's contest by scoring three runs on one hit, one walk, and a pair of errors by the Giants.
 
Keystone got on the board in the bottom of the fourth inning when Sebastian De La Cruz (Port Jervis, N.Y./Port Jervis) drove in Brendan Long (Naples, Fla./Barron Collier) with a sacrifice fly to center field to cut the Giants' deficit to 3-1. 
 
The Mighty Macs answered back with a run in their next trip to the plate as Howie Kalamets scored a Matt Simon flyout despite a great throw from Anthony Ferrezza (East Islip, N.Y./East Islip) that was dropped by the Giants' catcher.
 
Keystone loaded the bases with one in the bottom of the sixth inning, but Immaculata worked out of the jam with a strikeout followed by a lineout. 
 
The Mighty Macs capitalized on the momentum in the visitor's seventh, scoring six runs on six hits to open up a 10-1 advantage before adding three more runs in the top of the eighth inning to claim a 13-1 lead before the game went into a rain delay at the end of the half inning.
 
When play resume, the Giants closed out the scoring in the bottom of the ninth inning when Austin Chaszar (Bordentown, N.J./Bordentown Regional) came home as Brady Barr (Bowie, Md./Bowie) grounded into a double play.
 
Immaculata starter Kyle Bacher picked up the win after allowing one run on three hits while striking out three batters in 5.1 innings of work before turning the ball over to Greg Grandelli, who allowed one run on three hits while fanning one batter in the final 3.2 innings.
 
Kalamets, Tyler Kmiec, and Dom Ficca had two hits apiece as the Mighty Macs held a 10-6 advantage in hits for the contest.  Ryan Ficca scored a game-high three runs in the victory.
 
Keystone starter Tyler Widitz (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg) suffered the loss after going 4.1 innings and being charged with four runs, only one of which was earned, on two hits and five walks before handing the ball off to Joe DeAngelis (Auburn, N.Y./Auburn), who surrendered five runs on five hits and three free passes while picking up one K in two innings. 
 
Pat Meagher (Wall Township, N.J./Wall) yielded one run on three hits in a third of an inning before giving way to Jack Simons (Great Falls, Va./The Bullis School), was gave up three unearned runs on two hits while striking out a pair of batters in the final 2.1 innings.    
 
Long and Panzarella had two hits apiece for the Giants in the loss.
 
Game 2
 
Immaculata took a 1-0 lead in the top of the second inning of Sunday's second contest on an RBI single up the middle from Ryan Ficca before extending its advantage to 2-0 the following inning on an RBI groundout from Kalamets.
 
Keystone got on the board in the bottom of the third inning when Chaszar came home from third as Ferrezza was thrown out while attempting to steal second to cut the Giants' deficit to 2-1.
 
The Mighty Macs responded with a pair of two-out runs in the visitor's fifth as Justin Dempsey hit an RBI single before Kmiec drew a bases-loaded walk to make it a 4-1 game.  Immaculata then stretched its lead 5-1 in the top of the seventh inning when Kalamets scored from third, beating the throw to the plate, as Dempsey reached on a fielder's choice.
 
Keystone rallied with five runs on six hits and one error in the home half of the seventh inning to take a 6-5 lead. 
 
Panzarella singled through the right side to bring home Bray Curreri (Eldred, N.Y./Eldred Central) before coming in on a triple to the right field wall from Adam Kelly (Beach Lake, Pa./Honesdale).  Barr then singled home Kelly to make it a one-run game.
 
Pinch runner Adrian Laro (Brooklyn, N.Y./Grand St. Campus) scored on a fielding error by Immaculata on a ball hit by Alejandro Monteverde (Catasauqua, Pa./Catasauqua) to tie the game before Ferrezza came home on an infield single from Brendan Long (Naples, Fla./Barron Collier) to give the Giants their first lead of the day, 6-5.
 
Immaculata put a pair of runners on base with one out in the top of the ninth inning who moved to second and third on a deep flyout before winning pitcher Yeison Andujar (San Juan, P.R./Programa Educativo Alcance) got a game-ending lineout to left field to end the thrilling contest. 
 
Keystone starter Troy Terzi (Wallingford, Conn./Notre Dame ) went six innings in a no-decision and allowed four runs on six hits while striking out one batter.  Yeison Andujar (San Juan, P.R./Programa Educativo Alcance) earned his fourth victory over the season by allowing one run on two hits while fanning a pair of batters over the final three innings.
 
Panzarella and Chaszar had two hits apiece for the Giants, who held a 9-8 edge in hits for the game.
 
Immaculata starter Billy Manzo took a no-decision after tossing six innings and yielding four runs on five hits while striking out one batter. Zach Smiley was charged with the loss after yielded two runs on two hits while picking up one K in two-thirds of an inning before Eddie Decker worked the final 1.1 innings with two hits against and one strikeout.
 
Kalamets and Ryan Tecco had two hits apiece for the Mighty Macs in the game two defeat.
