Tommie comeback win forces rematch for region title

St. Thomas Baseball stormed back from an early 4-0 deficit and stayed alive in the NCAA regional tournament with Monday's 7-4 defeat of Pacific (Ore.). The victory earned the Tommies a 2:20 p.m. rematch for the championship.
 
Matthew Enck's two-run double highlighted a five-run sixth inning for the Purple. Enck had three hits to lead a 10-hit attack. Max Moris had an RBI single and an RBI squeeze bunt. Kyle Halverson and Avery Lehman also had RBI hits.
 
Tommie starter Graham Laubscher allowed four runs (two earned) in the first two innings but blanked Pacific over the next four innings. He struck out seven.
 
Jeremy Klick avoided problems to work a scoreless seventh inning. T.J. Constertina took his fifth save of the season by getting the final six outs.
