DE PERE, WI - The Benedictine University baseball team ran their win streak to seven with a pair of shutouts at St. Norbert.

GAME ONE DETAILS

Benedictine jumped in front in the top of the first with two outs
- Kevin Bushnell drew a walk and scored on a double from Damen Castillo
- Five runs scored in the third to break the game open early
- Bushnell led off the inning with a solo homer, his eighth of the year
- Benedictine logged three straight hits after the homer with Cole Wilson doubling home a run
- Kyle Williams singled home two and Ryan Doubek added an RBI groundout
- Benedictine scored two more in the fourth, one in the sixth on another Bushnell homer, and one more in the seventh

GAME ONE LEADERS

John Creviston tossed 4.1 blank innings, allowing just two hits while striking out five
- Andrew Kurcz worked 2.2 scoreless
- Benedictine finished with 13 hits
- Castillo finished with three hits while Bushnell, Wilson, Anthony Lenza and Andrew Tenison added two apiece
- Bushnell scored four times and now leads the conference with nine homers

The second game also saw Benedictine take the lead early, scoring a pair of runs in the first
- Castillo opened the scoring with a sacrifice fly to score Lenza and Bushnell scored a run on a passed ball
- Three more runs came across in the third as Benedictine built a 5-0 lead on a Tenison double and a two-run blast from Wilson
- Stephen Sewruk did the rest while the runs kept accumulating
- Seven runs came across in the fourth including a three-run homer from Castillo and a two-run blast from Chase Hanselman
- A single run in the sixth and a two-run single from Cameron Falk capped the scoring

- Benedictine amassed 14 hits in the second game
- Tenison collected three hits with Castillo, Wilson, Hanselman and Peter Turelli notching two apiece
- Castillo knocked in four and WIlson added three RBIs
