April 5, 2025 No-hitter propels Blueboys to split Illinois College's Charlie Lardi and Andrew Wieneke combined to toss a no-hitter and helped the Blueboys to a split with Knox in a Midwest Conference doubleheader on Saturday at Blodgett Field.
March 11, 2025 2025 no-hitters A trio of Kohawk pitchers combined to toss a no-hitter in the opening game between Coe and Hamline on March 9th, becoming the first to throw a no-no in the 2025 DIII season.
May 22, 2021 Illinois College wins Midwest title The Illinois College Blueboys defeated Beloit College to claim the 2021 Midwest Conference Baseball Championship. IC picked up a win in game one with a final of 6-3 and sealed the deal with a win in game two 8-1.
March 3, 2021 Salisbury shows no rust in opener The two ranked teams on the field today, Salisbury and Adrian, rolled to wins on Wednesday. The University of Dallas and Illinois College earned their first wins of the season as they both started the season with a short opening losing streak.
June 13, 2018 Waddle is hired by Illinois College Jacob Waddle has been named the new head coach at Illinois College, taking the place of the retired Jay Eckhouse as the man to lead the Blueboys into 2019 and beyond.
February 19, 2018 IC Eckhouse to retire at seasons end Illinois College baseball coach Jay Eckhouse has made the decision to retire at the end of the 2018 season. Eckhouse became the Blueboy baseball coach prior to the 2002 season and enters his final year with 242 career victories.
