February 26, 2020 McCole, Hooper, and Balzan get first NCBWA awards Salisbury's Jackson Balzan, Misericordia's Ian McCole and Schreiner's Devin Hooper earned the first NCBWA player of the week award for the 2019 season.
April 27, 2019 Springfield and WPI play marathon day Springfield and WPI played 29 innings of baseball and each got a win in the process. WPI won the opener in 18 innings and the Pride the nightcap in 11. Both games were eclipsed by a 21 inning victory for Schreiner of No. 6 Texas Lutheran..
February 20, 2019 Schreiner and Howard Payne split on Wednesday The Schreiner Mountaineers traveled to Brownwood, Texas and won the first game 12-11, before falling 2-9 to the Yellow Jackets in the second game. Also in Texas, McMurry won easily over Dallas Christian and ETBU won on a walk-off balk in other games in Texas.
