Senior Chandler Dippman fired a two-hit masterpiece in game one, and the seventh-ranked College of Wooster baseball team provided plenty of offensive fireworks during a 10-0, 8-7 sweep over visiting Wabash College on Saturday afternoon at Art Murray Field. In the nightcap, Wooster needed to rally past Wabash to keep its perfect ledger in league play intact, and the Scots accomplished that in the seventh inning. Dippman walked to start the frame and Dan Harwood reached on a dropped fly ball, setting the stage for Garrett Crum, who became the 20th Wooster great to reach 150 RBI when he doubled in the go-ahead run.
No. 10 Washington University settled for a split in its four-game series with UAA foe New York University after dropping a pair of contests Saturday by scores of 8-6 and 4-2 at Kelly Field on Alumni Day. The Bears fell to 22-5-1 overall including 8-2 in UAA play while the Violets pair of wins improved to 15-9 overall (2-6 UAA). WashU totaled more earned runs than NYU in the pair of games, 8-6, but ultimately fell after five errors proved the difference.
No. 15 Salisbury returned to Sea Gull Baseball Stadium on Saturday afternoon and completed a three-game weekend sweep over Capital Athletic Conference opponent York College of Pennsylvania with wins of 7-2 and 8-0. Adkins (4-0), who was also the starting pitcher for the Sea Gulls, followed up a complete-game shutout from a week ago with another stellar performance on the mound. Adkins was perfect through the first 7 1/3 innings before surrendering a no-doubt solo home run with one out in the eighth. He would still get the complete game victory, scattering four hits across all nine innings, allowing only one earned run, and striking out eight batters. Xavier Marmol (6-1) picked up on the Mound where Adkins left off, earning himself a complete game shutout in only his second start at the college level. The freshman gave up only three hits and a walk while striking out three batters to finish off the three-game sweep.
Wheaton (Mass.) returned to NEWMAC action Saturday afternoon for game two of its three game series against the Emerson Lions with the host team coming out on top 14-3. Paul Prue collected his fourth win of the season after completing five innings which saw the sophomore give up just two runs on seven hits while striking out six. First-year Jacob Studley, senior Jared Sharkey, and junior Bryant Salkind each finished 3-for-4 from the plate with Sharkey leading the bunch with three RBI. The Lions got a 2-for-3 performance from Louie Davolio with a walk. Sam Knox picked up his fifth loss of the season after giving up eight runs on nine hits.

Nationally no. 11 ranked The College of New Jersey had two different pitchers throw complete-game shutouts as the Lions swept a New Jersey Athletic Conference doubleheader from New Jersey City, winning the opener 3-0 and the nightcap 9-0 at George Ackerman Park. TCNJ improved to 22-3 with its seventh consecutive win and is 9-1 with sole possession of first place in the NJAC. NJCU falls below .500 for the first time since game five of its spring trip, falling to 12-13 overall and 2-8 in the NJAC. The Knights have lost five straight.
Johns Hopkins held a 6-1 lead after the top of the third, but Haverford used a six-run fourth to take an 8-6 lead, and after the Blue Jays tied the game in the sixth, the Fords rallied in the bottom of the inning, scoring two runs to take a 10-8 lead as they went on to take game one by a 10-9 score. Mike Eberle's reached base streak was snapped at 53 games as he failed to reach in the second game of the DH.
Senior right-hander Nick Roth fanned a career-high 15 in seven scoreless innings as the 13th-ranked Randolph-Macon swept an ODAC doubleheader at Roanoke on Saturday afternoon to move past the Maroons into first place in the conference standings. Roth scattered five hits and walked one in raising his record to 6-0. He was two strikeouts away from the program record of 17, set by Travis Beazley in 2006. Roth raised his career record to 22-2 and tied Tim Landis (1982-86) for the program record for career victories. Junior right-hander Michael Zubovich (Chantilly, Va./Freedom) continued the dominant starting pitching in Game 2. Zubovich (5-0) tossed seven scoreless innings with three hits, three walks and eight strikeouts.
No. 18 Denison ran its winning streak to a program-best 14 games after a pair of resounding victories over Hiram College on Saturday afternoon. The Big Red took game one, 16-6 and prevailed 11-2 in game two. Denison boasts a sparkling 24-2 record and a perfect 8-0 mark in North Coast Athletic Conference play.
No. 23 ranked UW-Whitewater won for the ninth time in its last 10 games Saturday with a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader sweep over UW-Stout at Prucha Field at James B. Miller Stadium. The Warhawks (14-6 overall, 7-1 WIAC) edged the Blue Devils 4-3 in the second game of the day after an 11-9 triumph in the opener. In Game 1, the two teams combined for 27 hits and scored 18 of the game's 20 runs over the first five innings. In the nightcap, Santoro knocked in the go-ahead run with a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning, and sophomore Matt O'Sullivan tossed a complete game, allowing only two earned runs while striking out nine without a walk over nine innings. He improved to 3-2 on the year.

| The nationally 25th-ranked Cortland baseball team secured a SUNYAC playoff spot with a doubleheader sweep of visiting New Paltz. Looking to continue their winning ways, the No. 1 ranked Concordia Chicago took to the field this afternoon against the Concordia Wisconsin Falcons. The Cougars had their pitching and hitting clicking all afternoon, hitting seven homers on the day in route to a 13-1 and a 14-4 sweep of the Falcons. With the sweep the winning streak was extended to 21 games which breaks the program best which was set in 2014.
Senior Jake Dexter went 5-for-7 with six RBI as the third-ranked University of Southern Maine Huskies to a sweep of the visiting Keene State College Owls, 12-2 (7 innings) and 10-2, in a Little East Conference baseball doubleheader Saturday afternoon at Ed Flaherty Field. The sweep gives the Huskies a three-game winning streak, and improved their record to 19-4 overall and a league-leading 8-2 in the conference. The Owls have dropped four straight falling to 7-16 overall and 2-6 in LEC play. Dexter was 3-or-4 with a double, triple, and home run, and five RBI in nightcap after going 2-for-3 in the opener.
William Paterson (18-10, 5-5 NJAC) was just six defensive outs away from sweeping No. 5 Rowan (21-6, 8-2 NJAC), instead settling for an 8-10 and 11-6 split Saturday. The Profs knotted the score at 8-8 with a two-run homer in the eighth, then hit another two-run home run during the top of the ninth inning for a 10-8 advantage. William Paterson took a 9-6 lead with a five-run fifth in game two. A Deane infield single, Perez walk and Cuevas hit by pitch loaded the bases with one out, and a Danny Carter base on balls and wild pitch tied the game at 6-6. After DiGirolamo was hit by a pitch, Ferrara lifted a sac fly to left, Weis singled in Carter and Dorio drew a bases-loaded walk.
Franklin & Marshall battled back from an early deficit in game one to claim a 9-5 win before starter Jonathan Cole slammed the door shut on Swarthmore's offense for a 1-0 complete-game shutout in the nightcap as the Diplomats swept the No. 9-ranked Garnet. The Centennial Conference (CC) road victories propelled F&M's record to 19-11, 6-4 CC on the year while the Garnet tumbled to 16-9, 4-5 CC. The Diplomats are now 3-0 against ranked teams in 2019 and have won three-consecutive CC contests. With the pair of wins, sixth-year head coach Ryan Horning became the program's all-time wins leader with 117 in his career. He passed Brett Boretti, who was at the helm of F&M baseball from 2001-05, and accumulated a 116-82 record during his tenure.
The Cal Lutheran Kingsmen finally found the breakthrough they were searching for, busting the gates open with 25-0 and 9-3 victories over the Linfield Wildcats, Saturday afternoon, and ending a six-game losing slide. In one of their most dominant performances of the year, the Kingsmen hit .579 as a unit and strung together a season-high 25 runs on 22 hits. Leading the charge, senior Anthony Sidley was 4-for-6 with three runs and two RBI. Closely behind, freshman Jalen Parks notched his first multi-hit game in a Kingsmen uniform, going 3-for-4 with a career-best six RBIs, and sophomore Nick Rhoades went 3-for-4 himself with four runs and an RBI added. The momentum continued into game two as Cal Lutheran notched their 16th double-digit performance, besting the Wildcats 9-3. Igniting the offense, junior Ryan Probst went a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate including two doubles and his second home run of the year.
