With all the festivities surrounding the game including the TCNJ Dance Team and a color guard provided by the Princeton ROTC at TCNJ, it almost felt as if the result of the game would be secondary. That all changed, though, when the Lions' offense exploded in the second half of the game. TCNJ crushed the ball – and the Knights – on its way to a 15-1 victory.
