July 23, 2024 Carden steps down, Rix named interim at Albion Scott Carden has announced he will step away as head coach of Albion, leaving as the all-time winningest baseball coach in Albion history. Matt Rix, who has been Carden's assistant for the last 12 seasons, has been named Interim Head Coach through the 2025 season.
February 28, 2023 Late runs gives Wartburg win Wartburg needed one to tie but got three in the ninth to knock off Albion in Florida. Lynchburg also needed a late run to keep on the winning track on Tuesday.

March 26, 2019 Albion upsets 24th-ranked Heidelberg Designated hitter Dylan Perry drove a full count pitch to center field in the seventh inning for the game winning RBI and three first-year pitchers held 24th-ranked Heidelberg University to less than eight runs for the first time in five games as Albion College gained a 5-4 victory in non-league baseball action at Champions Stadium.
