May 14, 2021 La Roche headed to AMCC title series La Roche swept Alfred State to advance to the AMCC championship series. Out in New Jersey, the NJAC finals were set with Rowan and William Paterson sweeping their games on Friday.
February 27, 2019 D’Amico, Long, and Santobuono get first NCBWA awards Tre D'Amico, an outfielder for Frostburg State, Keith Long, a right hander pitcher for Texas-Tyler, and Andrew Santobuono, a right handed pitcher for Alfred State, earned the first NCBWA player of the week award for the 2019 season.
March 31, 2018 Alfred State splits with Pitt-Greensburg Colin Johnson was the difference in a sweep and split for Alfred State. The Pioneers catcher drove in all five runs in a 5-3 victory to event the two game set. Washington University and Case Western were also winners on Easter Sunday.
January 19, 2017 Armstrong Named New Baseball Coach Mike Armstrong has been named the new head baseball coach at Alfred State after an extensive nationwide search. Armstrong becomes just the third coach at Alfred State since in the team was brought back to campus in 1994.
