March 5, 2026 Mitchell comeback gives Mariners first win In their third game, Mitchell broke into the win column with a comeback win over UMass-Boston. Heading south, it was Shenandoah defeating Messiah for their 11th win without a loss.
February 28, 2026 Christopher Newport makes statement in Top 25 sweep No. 22 Christopher Newport shrugged off a loss delivered in the last inning yesterday, sweeping No. 15 Messiah to take the weekend series 2-1. Elsewhere it was No. 5 Denison routing Webster in their second Classic in consecutive weekends.
February 27, 2026 Ranked teams need ninth inning magic on Friday No. 2 Lynchburg squeaked out a win, walking off York at home. Elsewhere in Virginia, it was No. 15 Messiah needing a crooked number in the ninth to come away with a win over No. 22 CNU. No 18 Belhaven also won in their final-at-bat over Hardin Simmons.
February 26, 2026 Teams rack up double digit runs on Thursday On a light schedule, winning teams brought their bats with Swarthmore, Messiah, Keystone and FDU-Florham all winning with double digit run totals. Bethel outshone them all with 33 runs in a win and a game suspended in the fourth inning.
February 25, 2026 Castleton dominated CUNY teams, JHU pays back Messiah Castleton continued their winning run though CUNYAC teams with their third straight win in Florida. With the early week snow storm a memory, teams in the mid-Atlantic got back to work as Johns Hopkins avenged last years loss to messiah with a statement win.
February 5, 2026 Region 5 Preview At this time we thought we might be talking about that elusive Johns Hopkins title run but that never came to fruition. The Blue Jays though remain a top pick in the region along with Salisbury and last years second place team, Messiah.
