September 2, 2021 Shallenberger moves to Messiah Messiah official announced the hiring of Phill Shallenberger as the new head coach of the Messiah program. Shallenberger brings over a decade of coaching experience to Grantham, with multiple stops along with four years as the head coach of Cairn.
March 9, 2021 MACC teams get in openers on Tuesday Messiah and Albright finally got in a game originally scheduled for Saturday and York played their first game against a MACC opponent as a member of the MACC. Messiah and York both carried the day on a busy Tuesday in DIII baseball.
February 23, 2018 More openers on Friday Messiah, Southern Vermont and Montclair State all started their 2018 season slate with wins on Friday. Messiah used pitching for their win over Stevenson. SVC's offense carried the day over Gallaudet. Montclair State needed extra innings to finish their win over Mary Washington.
April 26, 2017 York, Messiah beat highly ranked ODAC teams York defeated No. 14 Randolph-Macon and Messiah gave top ranked Shenandoah their first non-conference loss. Both ODAC teams will head into the final weekend of conference games with a loss.
June 10, 2016 Bachar is first of 20 players drafted in 2016 MLB draft The San Diego Padres called Lake Bachar's name in the fifth round for the first D-III player taken in 2016 MLB First-Year Player Draft. Nineteen more names were called out with nine position players and eleven pitchers taken overall in the three day event.
March 6, 2016 Gordon gets gem, Misericordia takes two in Puerto Rico Scott Hall's one-hitter lifter Gordon to a sweep of Anna Maria on their spring break trip.MIsericordia had the same success in Puerto Rico with a pitching gem over Kean and an offensive day against Messiah.
