June 23, 2025 Ray Fisher to be inducted into College Baseball Hall Middlebury Hall of Famer and 1910 graduate Ray Fisher has been selected as part of 21 inductees into the Class of 2025 College Baseball Hall of Fame. Fisher, who will be inducted as a coach, was a standout pitcher for Middlebury from 1907-10 and had a stellar professional baseball career before transitioning to coaching duties for the University of Michigan.
May 11, 2025 Middlebury downs Williams 10-6 to claim second-straight crown The Middlebury baseball team claimed each of its three games in the double-elimination NESCAC Tournament to hoist the league's trophy for the second-straight year. The Panthers outlasted Trinity 5-4 on Friday, and topped Williams 7-1 on Saturday, followed by a 10-6 triumph on Sunday to claim the crown.
May 12, 2024 Middlebury tops Tufts for program’s third NESCAC title Middlebury topped Tufts in today's NESCAC Championship. The Panthers dropped the opening contest 7-4 but secured a 9-2 victory in the winner-take-all second contest. Middlebury receives the league's automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament which begins next week.
April 10, 2024 Schroeder, Blake, Eilbacher honored with weekly NCBWA honors A two-grand slam week, a 17-strikeout outing, and a rookie on an offensive tear captured the week seven National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association NCAA Div. III weekly honors. This week’s selections were chosen based on performances for games played April 1-7.
February 15, 2023 Region 1 Preview: New England I With another year of Division 3 baseball upon us, little has changed in the Region 1 landscape. Middlebury and Wheaton are the reigning champions in the top conferences and look to compete again.
