April 30, 2025 D3baseball.com Team of the Week Shortstop Jarin Moses, a junior at Rochester Institute earned one of 16 spots on this weeks D3baseball.com Team of the Week. Next week will be the final Team of the Week for the 2025 season.
May 7, 2022 RIT joins Rochester, Clarkson in advancing on Saturday RIT swept Bard as three of the four spots were filled in next weeks Liberty League championship tournament. Rochester and Clarkson also joined the Tigers with Union and Ithaca playing Sunday for the final spot.
April 28, 2019 Rob Grow wins 500th game at RIT, as Tigers score 32 runs in sweep over Vassar ROCHESTER, NY – Head Coach Rob Grow won his 500th career game, as the RIT baseball team (19-13, 13-5 Liberty League) exploded for 32 runs in a doubleheader sweep over Vassar College (14-24, 7-17 Liberty League) from Monroe Community College on Sunday afternoon. RIT took game one, 13-7 and won game two, 19-14.
April 2, 2019 Trinity (Texas) and Montclair walk off Trinity (Texas) got a walk-off slam and Montclair earned their second last at-bat win in a row to highlight Tuesday's action. RIT sprinted off as the winning run and day's sweep come on a pitch in the dirt.
April 2, 2019 RIT uses big game two rally to earn doubleheader sweep over Rochester ROCHESTER, NY – The RIT baseball team (7-8, 2-2 Liberty League) took both games of a doubleheader versus Liberty League foe University of Rochester (10-9, 5-3 Liberty League) from Tiger Stadium on Tuesday afternoon. RIT won game one, 5-0 and rallied from a five-run deficit to win game two on a walk-off wild pitch, 7-6. The Tigers have now won four straight games.
March 30, 2019 Blackall's big day lifts baseball to doubleheader sweep over Utica CLINTON, NY – Freshman Patrick Blackall (Hershey, PA/Hershey) went 8-for-9 with eight runs batted in to lead the RIT baseball team (5-8) to a pair of wins over Utica College (3-11) Saturday afternoon from Loop Road Baseball/Softball Complex on the campus of Hamilton College Saturday. RIT took game one, 8-2 and earned a 12-4 victory in game two.
