A total of 1,106 players were nominated for the 15th annual D3baseball.com All-America team. Here are our top award-getters, plus the full All-America team.

Jack Thomson, a two-time NWC Player of the Year earned 2023 D3baseball.com Player of the Year honors. The super senior third baseman ended the season with a top 5 on-base and slugging percentages for an OPS over 1.500. Add a top 5 ranking in runs scored and this was enough to put Thomson over the other contenders. The 2023 D3baseball.com Pitcher of the Year is Belhaven's Brett Sanchez. Sanchez had a first team best 0.88 WHIP and 5.7 strikeout-to-walk ration and finished five of the 11 games he started. Ryar Reinhart  had a dominating debut campaign and is the 2023 D3baseball.com Rookie of the Year. He led Kalamazoo to their first MIAA championship in almost 100 years and the best winning percentage in school history.
