The Team of the Week is D3baseball.com's weekly honor roll, in its eighth season of recognizing the top performers at each of nine positions from the previous week. Players are selected from nominations from their school's sports information directors. This is the ninth Team of the Week of the 2019 season.

C Jack Hollinshead, So., Wittenberg
Hollinshead had a monster week in leading Wittenberg to a 4-2 record in NCAC action. In six games on the week, Hollinshead hit .520 (13-for-25) with three doubles and three homers for a 1.000 slugging percentage. Hollinshead finished the week with 11 RBIs and seven runs scored. He was perfect behind the dish, throwing out 50% of the runners looking for an extra base.
1B Jake Fredrickson, So., Occidental
Fredrickson hit .538 (7-for-13) with three home runs and seven RBIs as the Tigers swept Pomona-Pitzer in a three-game series over the weekend. His on base percentage was .600 and his slugging percentage was 1.385.
2B Ryan Burciaga, Sr., Texas-Dallas
Burciaga hit .700 (7-for-10) with eight RBIs and seven runs scored as he powered the Comets to a home sweep of Ozarks over the weekend in a critical ASC three-game series. He finished the set with four extra-base hits, swatting a pair of home runs for a 1.500 slugging percentage.
SS Dan Schweitzer, Sr., Cortland
Schweitzer batted .615 (8-for-13) with a homer, two doubles, a walk, seven RBIs and five runs scored in a 4-0 week for the Red Dragons. He had a .667 on-base percentage and 1.000 slugging percentage. Schweitzer did not make an error in eight total fielding chances, primarily at shortstop, over the four games.
3B Cal Aldridge, Sr., UW-Whitewater
Aldridge finished 8-for-12 (.667) at the plate with two doubles, three homers, five walks (all intentional), nine runs scored and four runs batted in to help the Warhawks win three out of four against UW-Oshkosh over the weekend. For the weekend, Aldridge collected a 1.583 slugging percentage and .765 on-base percentage.
OF Dante Dalesandro, Sr., Washington & Jefferson
Dalesandro put together another strong week at the plate as the Presidents recorded four more wins to extend their winning streak to 14 games. He compiled a .643 batting average (9-for-14) with a .667 on-base percentage and a 1.000 slugging percentage. He totaled eight RBIs, eight runs scored and four extra base hits (three doubles and a triple).
OF Zack Smith, Sr., Salve Regina
Smith batted .560 (14-for-25) with 10 of the hits going for extra-bases (four doubles and six home runs) in six games. He accounted for 24 runs, scoring 12 and driving in 12.
OF Will Welsh, Sr., Lancaster Bible
Welsh had a fantastic weekend, as the Chargers swept Gallaudet in three games. For the weekend, Welsh was 10-for-14 (.714) with nine runs scored, 13 RBIs. Welsh hit four home runs as he posted a 1.571 slugging percentage.
DH Seth Mikeska, Sr., East Texas Baptist
Mikesa was a threat every time he came to bat vs. LETU earning four extra base hits, six RBIs, and four runs scored. He slashed .750/.769/1.125 on the week.
UTL Chandler Dippman, Sr., Wooster
Utility ace Dippman was on a roll last week both as the Scots' regular third baseman and on the bump. During a 6-0 week for the 10th-ranked Scots, Dippman started four games at third and went 10-for-17 (.558) with seven runs, five RBIs, three doubles, and a pair of round-trippers. The right-hander started the other two games on the mound and went 2-0 with a 0.75 ERA in 12 innings of work. He allowed one run on nine hits while striking out six.
UTL Jimmy Adkins, So., Salisbury
Adkins appeared in two contests for the Sea Gulls last week, both as a starter and a closer. Adkins earned a save in an 11-8 win over Wesley on Wednesday afternoon, then took the hill in a Sunday start against Christopher Newport. Adkins had his best out of the season, tossing a complete game shutout on the road against the top-ranked team in the nation to earn his third win of the season. He threw 143 pitches across all nine innings, while scattering six hits and fanning six batters in the process. With the bat he slashed .462/.533/.615 with three runs scored and six RBIs in his 13 at-bats.
SP Jack Dicenso, Jr., Nichols
Dicenso made the most of his two road starts last week, going 2-0 with a spotless 0.00 ERA over 10 scoreless innings pitched. In those two wins, Dicenso scattered four hits, struck out 10, and did not walk a batter. In the Bison's 8-6 victory over Suffolk, Dicenso tossed four innings of one-hit ball, striking out five. Two days later in a 4-2 triumph over CCC rival Curry, Dicenso scattered three hits and fanned five over six innings of work.
SP Michael McCourt, Jr., Mt. Aloysius
McCourt threw a three hit complete game shutout in a 7-0 win over Medaille. After allowing a single in the first and two hits to start the second, McCourt retired the final 18 batters in a row to pick up his 5th win of the year. He struck out 8 batters while allowing no walks.
SP Jesse Retzlaff, Jr., St. Olaf
In his lone start of the week, Retzlaff held Augsburg to just one hit in seven innings of work on Wednesday before the game was cut short due to darkness (St. Olaf finished the 9-0 win the next day). After yielding a leadoff single, he did not allow a hit the rest of the way until the game was halted.
SP Worth Walrod, Sr., Suffolk
Walrod tossed a complete-game no-hitter in the opener of the two-game GNAC series versus Anna Maria Sunday. He was near perfect with just four three walks and 10 strikeouts, which matched a career-high for the senior southpaw.
RP Dakota McWilliams, Sr., Pitt.-Greensburg
McWiiliams tossed four innings of relief where he did not allow a single hit, and struck out three. McWilliams threw two innings at Mount Union and totaled three strikeouts. He played a vital role in the 8-6 victory over Penn State Behrend when he was brought on in the eighth inning with bases loaded and no outs. McWilliams proceeded to get his first batter to ground into a double play and the next batter to fly out for the final out of the inning. He then sent all three batters down in order in the ninth to earn his first save of the season.
