first and second with no outs. There was a failed sacrifice
bunt and Evan
Robaczewski struck out two batters to escape the inning
unscathed.

Durling singled to left field to plate Tressa and keep
the inning alive for Slanovec. Slanovec ripped a double off
the right center field fence to drive in Durling and take a
three-run lead after three innings of play
DSU tied it with a run on two hits in the top of the fourth.
In the top of the seventh Matt
Karabin entered the game with runners on first and second
with no outs. Andrew
Tressa made a diving stop at third and Karabin forced a
fly out and struck out a batter to escape the inning unharmed.
MU was on the attack again when Ryan
Cacchioli reached second on a two-base error and advanced
to third on a sacrifice bunt. Tuttle bunted down the first
base line to plate Cacchioli and extend the lead to 5-3.
Gabe
Noyalis earned the save in the bottom of the ninth and
Karabin earned the win.
