Josh Desai allowed one run over 8 1/3 innings pitched as Suffolk extended their winning streak to 10 games with a 6-1 victory over Eastern Connecticut State on Monday afternoon. The Warriors had no answer for the big southpaw. Devan Jones connected on his second home run of the season, a two-run bomb in the fourth inning as he scored three runs on the afternoon to lead Suffolk offensively.
Hamline continues to be as hot as the Arizona weather. The Pipers snapped a 2-all tie with five fourth inning runs and held on for a 7-6 win over Buena Vista in Tucson. Hamline has now won eight games in a row. Jordan Rubbelke and Mark Radmacher had two hits, scored twice and knocked in a run apiece as part of an eight-hit attack, but had key hits (Rubbelke - a triple and Radmacher - his sixth double of the season) in the big fourth inning that decided the game.
In a score more reminisent of the fall, UW-Stevens Point defeated Depauw 19-14. Even though Brad Stroik allowed six runs over five innings he still recorded the victory with some help from his friends. The Pointers easily handled DePauw pitching as six hitters combined for 19 hits, including home runs by Dan Douglas, Sean Gerber, and Riley Spetz.
Rhodes defeated visiting UW-Platteville 5-4 at Stauffer Field. The Pioneers jumped out to an early 1-0 after the second inning, before each team put up two run apiece in the fourth. Platteville increased their lead to 4-2 in the top of the sixth, but the Lynx answer back with two of their own to tie the game at 4-4. Junior DH Patrick Kilkenny gave the Lynx all the run support they would need with a solo homerun in the bottom of the seventh. Senior Matt Burnick picked up his second victory of the season for the Lynx and senior Stuart Voges earned his first save of the season.

A strong outing from first-year hurler Dan Smith and a two-run homer from senior K.C. Murphy helped Williams snap a four-game losing streak with an 8-5 win over Carthage, Smith tossed seven innings and allowed only three hits and one unearned run. He walked four and struck out two in picking up his first collegiate victory.
Pacific wrote the perfect ending to their four-game Southern California trip, using a five-run eighth inning to punctuate an 8-3 victory over Whittier in baseball action at Memorial Field. The Boxers, who led by a narrow 3-2 lead, scored all five of their runs with two outs.
Despite stranding nine runners on base, the Cardinals snapped a three-game losing streak, outlasting Cornell, 4-3, thanks to a single swing of the bat by Willie Doll. Doll launched his second home run of the season, a towering, one-out shot to left field in the top of the ninth inning, lifted the Cardinals to their eighth win of the season.
Freshman southpaw Tyler Leavitt pitched five innings of no-hit baseball to lead Southern Maine to a 13-3 victory over Scranton in a non-conference game. Leavitt allowed only two base runners, both being hit by a pitch, in his five-inning stint. The 6-foot-2 left-hander, making his first appearance of the spring, mowed down the last 11 batters he faced, including five by strikeout, to pick up his first collegiate win.
Saint John's batted .466 and scored 27 runs in a doubleheader sweep, 17-3 and 10-4, of Middlebury in Tucson, Ariz. Luke Larson and Aaron Pfaff each went 5-for-9 at the plate. Dylan Graves was 4-for-9 with six RBI, including a three-run homer in game two.
