Chapman University baseball head coach Tom Tereschuk has been placed on indefinite administrative leave since March 28 as Chapman investigates allegations regarding violations of university policy. The news was first reported April 8 in Chapman's student newspaper, The Panther.

Tereschuk declined comment on the allegations, and the Chapman athletic  department could not disclose specific details of the investigation,  according to The Panther report.

Tereschuk's leave also extends to his three weight training classes at  the university, and Chapman associate head coach Dave Edwards has  assumed Tereschuk's coaching duties during the investigation, according  to The Panther report.
