Centre rebounded from Saturday's walk-off loss by securing the no. 4 seed in next week's Southern Athletic Association Tournament today against the Hendrix Warriors. Behind a no-hitter from Jake Holloway, the Colonels won by a score of 5-0. The second game was called off due to heavy rain.

- The Centre bats caught fire early and often. Jordan Gunter led off by ripping a base hit down the right field line. Following a walk to Austin Sharkey, Patrick Hope's single gave Centre the first run of the game.

- Will Ahrens then singled to cap off the rally and put the fourth run on the board as the Colonels ended up batting around in the opening inning.
- In the third, Holloway recorded his only walk of the game, and the runner eventually wound up at third following a stolen base and an error, but the senior pitcher struck out Hendrix's Justin Scott to get out of his only real jam of the game.
- Centre tacked on an insurance run in the seventh as they loaded the bases and Cunningham drove in hope on a sac fly, the third of the game for the Colonels.
