No. 20 Denison University closed out the regular season by reaching the 30-win mark for the third time in the last four full seasons while also earning a win in 19 of its last 20 games as the Big Red defeated Otterbein University 10-0 at home on Monday night.

Husson University advanced to the North Atlantic Conference championship game after a 7-4 victory over the host of SUNY Cobleskill on Monday afternoon at Fighting Tiger Park. It took the Eagles (23-15) three batters before taking the lead as junior Joshua Scott scored thanks to an RBI single from sophomore Jackson Curtis. The Fighting Tigers (21-19) tied the game in the third to make it a 1-1 game after three. In the fourth, sophomore Austin Snow with a blooper to right field to bring home two and make it 3-1 Husson. SUNY Cobleskill would make it a one-run game again but three runs in the sixth inning broke the game open as the Eagles won, 7-4. SUNY Cobleskill fell to Thomas 24-8 in the late game. It was just desserts for the Tigers who defeated the Terriers 23-4 on Sunday. Thomas advances to play Husson for a trip to the NCAA D-III Playoffs.

After splitting Sunday's doubleheader with St. Elizabeth University, the Keystone College enjoyed a 15-5 victory over the visiting Eagles in deciding game three of the CSAC semifinals on Monday, advancing to the championship series against Wilson College on May 13-14. The Giants won the opener yesterday against SEU, 2-1, but fell 15-8 in game two to force Monday's deciding game three. Keystone split with Wilson back on March 20, falling 3-1 before earning a 4-3 win as the Giants will be in search of the program's 17th-straight conference championship this upcoming weekend.

Each of the first round series of the ODAC Baseball required just two games to narrow the field down to the final four teams advancing to the second weekend. Bridgewater College, University of Lynchburg, Roanoke College, and Shenandoah University will travel to High Point, N.C., for double-elimination competition at Truist Point ballpark. The sixth-ranked and first-seeded Hornets beat Eastern Mennonite 5-1 Monday afternoon behind seven shutout innings from Zack Potts and a save from Grayson Thurman. Potts owns seven wins on the year, and Thurman earned his 12th save of the season. After picking up a win in game one, theRoanoke Maroons looked to knock off Randolph-Macon. With four runs in the third and three more in the fifth, Roanoke took a 7-1 lead into the late innings. Randolph-Macon scored a pair in the top of the ninth, but Roanoke would finish off the Yellow Jackets 7-3 and advance to the Final Weekend of the ODAC Tournament.  No. 21 Shenandoah University punched its ticket to the 2022 ODAC Championship with a 4-1 victory over Hampden-Sydney Monday afternoon. The win for Shenandoah (31-10-1) clinches the best-of-three series over H-SC (20-19). Bridgewater won their series on Sunday.

Penn State Abington hit six home runs, including a pair by sophomore Tim Petrucelli as the second-seeded Nittany Lions defeated third-seeded Lancaster Bible College, 18-6, on day one of the United East Tournament on Monday afternoon. Abington will now face top-seeded and host Penn State Harrisburg on Tuesday. Penn State Harrisburg offensive was firing as they plated runs in six of the eight innings they batted as they went on to a 18-4 win. Dallas Hite may have had the top performance as he cracked a pair of grand slams, finishing with four hits, three home runs and 10 RBI. Kevin Lehner also pitched in as he went-3-for-5 with a pair of RBI. Also collecting multi-hit games were Matt Parks, Maddux Ryan and Josh Lantz who finished with two. United East Pitcher of the year lived up to his title as he picked up the win on the bump. The senior went 5.0 innings, striking out 11 while allowing just a single earned run. Much like game one, the Penn State school found plenty of offense from the dish. Abington racked up 18 hits including five home runs. Leading the way were three hits from Tim Petrucelli and Anthony Bencardino. Andrew Lastowka, Ryan McCarty and Chase Swain all chipped in two hits as well. Seven players finished with at least two RBI including five from Petrucelli.

Suffolk punched its ticket into the double elimination portion of the CCC postseason as the sixth-seeded Rams bounced seventh seed Gordon with a 9-3 victory in the play-in game Monday afternoon at East Boston Memorial Park. Suffolk took a 9-3 cushion into the ninth that EJ Birch preserved. The senior reliever, who threw two consecutive three-up, three-down innings in the seventh and eighth, was on the verge of doing so again as he retired the first two batters in the ninth. A pitch got away from the right-handed pitcher and hit Cody. Birch showed his composure with the next batter and used help from the outfield to lock up the postseason win.

Connor Cheeseman's bases loaded single that ricocheted off second base brought home Nick Bon Tempo and sent the team into a frenzy as the No. 9 Arcadia University, the top seed in the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Championship, advanced to the Finals with a 3-2 win over No. 4 DeSales University at Skip Wilson Field on Monday afternoon. Owen Margolis, the reigning MAC Freedom Pitcher of the Week, tied the single-season record for wins by Joel Bartoni '19, improving to 9-0 with 2.1 scoreless innings, allowing two hits and no walks with one strikeout. Arcadia will host Miericordia. Joe Valenti threw 6.2 shutout innings to lead the Misericordia University to a 6-3 win over Stevens in the MAC Freedom semifinals, Monday at Mangelsdorf Field. Valenti entered the game with the bases loaded in the third inning and got a fielder's choice and a pick off to limit the damage as the Cougars improved to 28-15.

Sixth seeded Ramapo College advanced in the NJAC Tournament with a 3-1 over second seeded Montclair State University. The Roadrunners moved to face #3 William Paterson University tonight at 7pm at host Kean University. MSU got on the board in the second inning with one run before Ramapo tied the game in the fourth inning. Sean Donaghue brought home Justin Garthaffner with a double into the right-center field gap to tie the game, 1-1. In the sixth, Joe Wisniewski laced a single to left-center field which allowed Matt Lalomia to score to take a 2-1 lead. Ramapo got an insurance run in the eighth inning when Matt Carovillano connected on his team leading 10th home run of the season. In game two of the day, Kean won their second game in the NJAC tournament, downing TCNJ 10-7. William Paterson is the sole unbeaten team in the NJAC tournament after an 11-5 win over Ramapo.

Completing their regular-season slate, North Central College defeated Illinois Wesleyan University 8-4 on Monday afternoon to win their 30th game of the season. This is the fifth time in the last six eligible seasons that the Cardinals have eclipsed the 30-win mark. Jaedin Kotecki earned his second win of the season while Brady Hartman fell to 1-4. AJ Kutcher, Kotecki, and Robert Deischer combined for eight strikeouts on the day. Dom Listi, Jared Wojcik, and Justin Rio each recorded two hits while Lehnen scored two runs.

In a conference game that was rescheduled due to weather, the Wheaton and North Park teams finally met at Lee Pfund Stadium on Monday to close out the 2022 regular season. The Thunder handled the Vikings, 12-2, in seven innings to earn an impressive win heading into postseason play. Wheaton's record now sits at .500 for the year and 11-7 in CCIW action. This afternoon's victory allowed the Thunder to clinch the third seed in this week's conference tournament, their highest seeding in the competition since 2017. Jared Kloth started the game on the mound for Wheaton and picked up his third win of the season. The freshman from Cincinnati allowed just three hits and zero runs in four innings, while also tallying a team-leading three strikeouts. Four other Wheaton pitchers saw playing time this afternoon, and Caleb Downing, Josiah Livingston, and John McCraith each earned one strikeout and blanked the North Park batters during their appearances.

Graduate student Nathaniel Cormier picked up two hits and drove in a pair of runs in Nichols College’s 8-5 win over Worcester State University Monday afternoon in non-conference action at the Nichols Baseball Field. Senior DJ Caron plated two runs and scored twice for the Bison (18-19-1) while classmate Isaac Blanford sparked a four-run sixth inning with a single to left that scored two. Sophomore Johnny Knox laced an RBI single in the third before Cormier collected an RBI double in the sixth and lifted a sac fly to right in the eighth. Senior Owen Sullivan moved to 3-1 on the season by striking out four in 1.1 innings of work over the fifth and sixth innings.

Marywood University tied a school record with its 22nd victory of the season. The Pacers split a doubleheader, both 10-2 results, with first-place Immaculata University on Monday in Atlantic East Conference regular season finale. The Pacers' 22nd win matches the 2012 single-season school record. Max Slusser hit a grand slam as part of a five-RBI performance in game one. Slusser went 2 for 3 with two runs, two walks and a double. Immaculata held the Pacers to just four hits in the nightcap as the Pacers failed to eclipse the wins total in 2012.

Cornell settled the 2021-22 Bremner Cup Series in a big way Monday, clinching the annual traveling trophy between Linn County rivals with a season-ending 17-4 rout of the Coe Kohawks at Bill Quinby Field. The Rams secured the Bremner Cup, 8-7, in the 15th and final head-to-head competition of the academic year. Cornell also won the Cup in 2017-18 and 2016-17 by the same 8-7 margin. Along with baseball, Cornell beat the Kohawks in men's and women's cross country, men's and women's track & field, men's soccer, women's soccer and volleyball to regain possession of the Cup. Coach Seth Wing's baseball Rams (17-23 overall) sealed this outcome with a 10-run outburst in the top of the eighth inning, breaking a competitive 7-4 game. Cornell racked up 19 hits in the contest and sent 14 batters to the plate in the eighth, which ultimately ended the contest via the mercy rule.
