Casey Stengel said that "you have to have a catcher because if
you don't you're likely to have a lot of passed balls." At
D3baseball.com we believe the same thing. The NCAA released the 2011 Division
III Championship All-Tournament Team but it is not a team that
can take the field actually play a game. The official
All-Tournament Team includes 11 players but ours is extended to 14
to include a utility position and additional pitchers.
