Scouting report
- The Presidents enter the D-III College World Series with nine straight victories. W&J holds a 8-0 record in postseason play in 2019. After a 3-7 start to the season, the Presidents have won 34 of their past 38 games, including their 12th Presidents' Athletics Conference title with an 8-1 win over Bethany on May 11.
- Washington & Jefferson will be making their second trip to the D-III College World Series in three years. In 2017, they won their bracket and lost to the Cal Lutheran in the final best of three series.
- Washington and Jefferson was one of two teams that advanced to the championship round without hosting either of the two rounds in the regional playoffs. Webster also advanced without hosting a regional or super regional.
