Saturday two teams went home. Sunday two more exited the stage. We will see two more pack their bags for the ride home as we play the bracket finals on Monday. The sun is shining which is a better sign than the rain blobs on the radar but a little bit of luck and we will be able to play the Championship Series tomorrow.

Salisbury defeated UW Stevens Point 5-2 to advance to the D-III Championship Series. With their 8th straight win in the D-III World Series, the Sea Gulls have set a new standard for consecutive wins, beating the previous record held by Montclair State.

Eastern Connecticut got their offense going in game three in an 8-1 win over LaGrange. In their first two wins, the Warriors were out hit and had to take advantage of the opportunities presented but that was not the case in their third win and bracket win.
